These chicken balls i'm eating for lunch taste waaaay too good for 'em to be good for me. Update: 1) Picked up snowboarding again. Actually got myself a set so I'll be carving the hills almost every weekend 'til spring. 2) I joined the gym. Got an assessment and the results were not as bad as I expected. What was hard was hearing "since you're 30... you should watch out for muscle/bone deterioration." I need some of the muscle on my derriere to deteriorate a lil'~ ok, a lot. My sister and I went to Latin Cardio and Pedro got us to shake some. My peripheral sight is good; I made sure i wasn't hittin' anyone. 3) I'm getting used to the work load at work. Or the workload is getting used to me. 4) NorthK issues follow me all the way to Toronto. Oh my gosh, I just bit my tongue. It hurts so much that my lips are quivering. I can't swallow. Aarrr, swirl, swirl, phewwww....everything is in tact. 5) Where was I??? Oh yeah...Lots of church work. Mission trips coming up. HAPPY VALENTINE's DAY!!! |
