hello out there!! i've been really bad at updating, but that's ok cuz nobody reads it anyway...except for my good buddy erik   i'm not writing much, other than that life in texas is still great! we had so much fun watching the nat. championship/rose bowl last night----go texas!!! i'm sure you were thrilled, marissa!! my first graders came back today...kind of crazy, but good to see them. i'm beat, though, so i think i'm going to take a little nap:) erik, kristin, elise, and asha are coming through dallas on their way home from haiti tonight, so i'm going to meet up at their hotel later...yay!!

ok--love you all! so good to see those of you that were able to come to the yl slumber party---oh i miss those(i'll try to send you my pics as soon as i get them online)!!  also good to see all my other wonderful kansans over break!!

Hello!!! i've been bad and haven't been in xanga world much lately...but then again, most of you haven't either

things are going well---back in texas, teaching my wonderful class, helping with church christmas party plans coming up, hanging out with my roomie, going to see harry potter on imax tomorrow and narnia next weekend...so exciting!!!

God is so faithful and how cool that He continues to teach and grow us daily! wow! random thoughts...i'm just blown away by the God we serve!! and humbled that i am not blown away more often...like every second of my life!!!

Oh My Gosh...what a great weekend!!!

Sorry it's been such a long time since my last post--things have been a little crazy i guess??!! Two of my bestest(it's my word) friends in the world came down and surprised me in my classroom last friday!! aaahhhh!!! i was so shocked---i had no idea they were coming down for the weekend!! we had a blast--as you can see from the crazy pics--which are not half as crazy as the ones i didn't post!!
