| Today, I went to the mall with Misha, Cassidy, and Sara. It was awesome. We all got sunglasses and then got our pictures taken at the Rainforest Cafe. Oh, and then Misha got the Kung Pow Chicken at Panda Express, and she didn't know what it was, so she put it in a tree...? Well, we had fun at the mall.

| So, I just got home from practice (not really a practice, but just practicing with some people from the team). I was feeling kind of bummed today about things, but somebody told me something that really made me feel better. Now I am okay...
This weekend, my aunt and uncle came in to town and my mom, aunt, cousin's girlfriend, and I went to the American Eagle on the plaza and shopped for a while. So, my aunt made me try on all these ridiculously skimpy and definately not-me clothes to try on. And, amazingly, I though I looked good in them. That was the first time in my life that I have ever felt pretty in anything. It was really a confidence boost for me, and now, I am feeling so much better about myself...
There are still other areas of my life I am trying to change, pretty much my entire personality. You know, I don't really like myself all that much, and that fact really saddens me. I just wish I saw myself differently, like all the other people I know, the people that everyone likes...like this wise word I just read: "Somehow, the world always affects you more that you affect it"

| My neighbor who works for ch. 5 news just got me tickets to the Counting Crows concert!! I'm so excited. They may be a little outdated, but oh, well. The Counting Crows are great.
Xanga isn't fun anymore. Nobody comments, it's kind of depressing...
See everyone later Sarah

| I guess I should update...but I really don't have a lot to say. This weekend was good. I went to a party on Friday and had a blast!! Then I had a soccer game. On Saturday night, I went to Bowfire, the GREATEST thing I have ever seen in my life. It was a bunch of Canadian violinists/fiddlists, a basist, a guitarist, a pianist, a drummer, and an Asian guy who played the erhu (the strangest thing). They were the most amazing, talented, and gifted people I have ever seen!! Three of them could also tap dance amazingly and play amazingly at the same time. All I have to say is...WOW!!!!!
Today, I babysat, then bought shoes with my mom. Then, I helped her plant some flowers and walked my dog. Tomorrow is the Royals opening day!! Excitement. I am going to go to a game and sit in one of those boxes that only the rich people get to sit in (my dad's friend kind of knows the guy who owns the Royals). That is going to be amazing.
Comment!
