ok, so ive recently discovered that i have been totally fucked over.  im basically missing half of my cd's and i just never realized it because i have all of it on itunes.  it started when i realized i didnt have any neil perry on my comp, so i went to go get lineage, but to my dismay, it wasnt there, along with numerous other MIA.  so if youre the horse fucker that stole my cd's, give them back you son of a bitch.

have a good day

We are the Only Friends We Have

ive always kind of wondered what defines a generation.  you know when people call something like generation X or whatever, or when old people say, "well, my/your generation..."  i never really thought that there was an actual difference between age brackets, but after today, im going to have to say the generation behind us is pretty fucked up.  heres the story:

so today is easter, and like a lot of good christian families do, my neighbors had a family "get together".  i was working outside with my dad today for a while and i heard all the kids start to get real excited over something in their driveway, so i walked around to the front of my house.  it turned out they gave my neighbor's kids a basketball net (for easter).  about an hour or so goes by and the parents finally get done putting the net together and stuff, and all the kids started to play.  my neighbor's son (about 7 years old) grabs a balls and says, "alright, whos gonna take me on one on one?"  and this is how it went from there:

7 year old: "how about you; no, you...hmmm, how about you, nah..."
       Grandmother: "hey, ill play you."
7 year old:  "alright grandma, you sure?"
       Grandmother:  " yeah, of course!"
7 year old:  "alright grandma, im gonna fuck you up!"

and thats how i know there are generation gaps.

so im still recovering from this stomach virus thing i got last week.  heres the basic outline of my weekend.  i was sitting in calc friday, and all of a sudden it hit full force.  i tried to fight through the day, but after throwing up uncontrollably two seperate times, i opted on the go home card.  i spent the rest of the afternoon and night throwing up and basically convulsing.  it was probably the sickest ive ever been.  i finally fell asleep in the very early morning hours of saturday and woke up around 3 or 4.  i fealt a lot better so i decided to go out.  i had some real nice dinner/walk around town with jackie.  i got home...and i fealt like shit again.  i probably shouldnt have gone out, but it was worth it.  sunday i fealt like shit all day.

today, i got up and went to my friend's mom's funeral, which was real sad.  i cant even imagine how hard that is to deal with.

after the funeral, i decided to go back home and sleep off the rest of my sickness.  i watched fantastic voyage for a while, but then my dad came home and he took me out to spend some time with him before his surgery tomorrow.  im kind of worried about that shit though because i cant really take off school to be there with him and theres a lot of risks that go along with the surgery.  whatever it be, it all comes down to the fact that my dad has yet more evidence on him for the mob issue.  tonight i wound up in basically a mob hub, and it was great.  i might write up some of the shit that happened from that later, but im too tired right now.  good stuff.

this week/weekend needs to be really good
