this morning at the co-rec, as i was doing my last set of dips and checking out the girls  running on the tredmill.  suddenly, one of them trips, faceplants on the tredmill and gets shot off.  afterwards she just layed still for a min, not because she was hurt, but because everyone in the general vicinity was staring at her. finally she gets up, gets back on the tredmill, pauses for a few secs, then decided she should gather up her stuff and call it a day.

and what did i do when this happend?  laugh my ass off... on the inside or maybe out loud, can't seem to recal. and almost hurt myself on the dip bars cause of it.  thanks, random girl on the tredmill who triped and  fell face first and embarrased the hell outta herself in front of a decent sized crowd, for making my day early in the morning.  i feel bad for laughing at you... almost.
