| I just got back from a weekend at TEC (Teens Encounter Christ). It was really a lot of fun. I didn't really want to go, but I met a lot of cool people even though purpling was a strictly prohibited practice. I can't go into much detail about TEC for all of you who haven't yet gone through it, it would ruin all of the suprises that are in store for you. | | |
| This week, I was forced by my scool to attend a convention in Aberdeen, South Dakota called Boys State. I have to say that I was not thrilled in the least when I learned that I had to go to this big sausage fest. I am writing this entry from a computer room at Northern State University, where the Boys State convention is currently being held. I now realize that my suspisions have been true all along and that this has so far been THE most boring week of my life. I am looking forward to coming home in a few days. It is only Thursday and I still have to hold out until Saturday afternoon at the earliest, because I dont quit know when I get to leave this living hell called Boys State. | | |
