| | ran 7 miles yesterday, and the last two miles were uphill. that was for not being able to run seven on sunday. good. means i still got it. lol. sunday night scared me.... my legs were really sore this morning........anyways talked to my sister tab today. her and her husband cip are officially moved to az. good. ill see them in a week or so. im flying in to AZ and going from there to mexico w my bro and all his buddies. that will be fun. more than anything i cant wait to see my niece. lygia's daughter. she will be six weeks old when i get there. i told lyg already that im kidnapping her for the first day im there. lol. she sounded a little worried... anyways, i have a long day ahead of me, just wanted to stop by and update really quick. im meeting up with some of my girls to play basketball......then have to clean, and go to class.
