| Almost exam week!Exams are coming up. From August 15 to 18. That gives me about two weeks to prepare. xb
I can't believe that I still did not get any time to go out. LOL. Stuck here at home doing all the homework. I'm having two long tests on Monday and we still got to practice.
It actually went well. I didn't expect that we would actually be that great. The 'BAND' cooperates so well. And to think that I'm doing the short intro beat to Ale by The Bloomfields. We are doing two songs. One is that and the other is Toyang by Eraserheads.
On Monday, we are supposed to present to our Filipino teacher. ^_^
I spent the rest of the day uploading songs to imeem. So yeah. That's most of it.
It's almost the -ber months!
September 21 is my birthday. Turning 6teen!!! And it's also FOB's concert in Manila.
:< How I wish I could see them perform...
Adieu. Marzzy's got some thinking to do.

| Hectic is the new busy business.I should have posted two entries two days ago. LOL. And I didn't get to do that.
Just this school week, we had three field trips---Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Science exposure trip to the Butterfly Sanctuary, English field trip to the Yuan Thong Temple, and the last was in Social Studies in the Bacolod City Hall.
Butterflies are truly graceful and beautiful, don't you think? It was fun observing them flying around. No wonder they give some kind of inspiration to artists, poets and the like. The Yuan Thong Temple was another interesting experience. During the duration of the tour, we got to learn new things about Buddhism and its traditions and beliefs. The Master gave us a talk. It was quite a battle to understand but at least there was a translator. All of us had a chance to see the lotus pond. It surprised us since most of us associate the lotus flower as white but it actually is purple, and violet too.It symbolizes purity and openness of mind and soul.
The talk given by the city administrator in the city hall was enriching to all of us even though most of us felt sleepy throughout the talk. xd At least we found out that Bacolod City garnered awards that all BacoleƱos have to be very proud of! Such awards were the greenest and cleanest city, and the most business-friendly city. I can't remember all but at least it's worth knowing.
Riding the bus back to school was the most fun---I think. This is because: McDonalds and Jollibee are right beside each other in two areas. Last two weeks before, we had to write a short story by group in English. One group wrote a story about Jolli-Donald.
So, on the way back to school.... we passed McDonalds and Jollibee.... and practically everyone exclaimed, Jolli-Donald, Jolli-Donald! XD
It may seem pretty childish, but you know... we have the moments and all. hahaha. xb
Third Saturday class yesterday. Eight periods with 30 minutes each. How hectic can that be?
Most periods were spent practicing for Banda Rito, Banda Roon [Band Here, Band There] in Filipino. It's a contest and our class hopes to do our best.
Yesterday, I didn't feel quite well. Had a sinus and cough. Match that with homework. At least now, I got to finish it. And I'm pretty hungry from all the effort. LOL.
So there. It was a looong week and I've still not watched Harry Potter and the OOTP. Darn.

| It's been quite a while...English portfolio, Math homework, and news quiz. Three things I've done. Relief, yes. Monday is Impromptu Day in public speaking. Arggh. I'm nervous. xb It's almost exams. I think sometime in August. Seems so far away yet, near anyway. LOL.
Ciao for now.

| Awards.Since it was the Foundation Day of USLS-IS today, there was an awarding ceremony after dismissal to all the achievers. It was based on last school year's performance. I got a General Excellence Award: Top 2. Medal...Yay! I also got two subject excellence awards. One in English and the other in Science. Lastly, I got the Deportment Award.
This is not a bragging entry or anything. I'm just really happy and I want to do my best this school year too. ^__^
'Til here.

| Public Speaking and et cetera. We have an Elective. Yeah, public speaking. Last week, we had to go in front of the class and sample an introduction of a speech. Yesterday, we got our results. I though I did pretty well and I was happy to get a perfect score. Almost everyone in class got a high grade. ^__^
Today, I wrote another poem. So, here it is. COPYRIGHT.
Blunder The lies that were told, Blunder.
The words expressed in frailty, Blunder.
The pictures in those frames, Blunder.
It's getting to nowhere, And it's not pleasing me.
All was just a painting in surreal, Like luminescent pearls fading. You have become one too.
Blunder. Who else knows? Blunder. I need the truth!
I know, it's a short poem and not necessarily of 'high quality'. LOL. It's just a product of boredom. ^>^
And talking about blunder, making mistakes is alright. That is, if you acknowledge and accept them and of course, learn from those mistakes.
Swimming class was quite a hustle. We had to do the backstroke which practically isn't my kind of stroke. Eeep...
Anyway, I'm having a Saturday class... which is okay IF I don't get tied up. Haha.
That's it for now. Baboosh.
