i can't stand this senior stuff. i mean, i'm ready to move on... but... meh.

today, was the singers solo auditions. i literally couldn't sit there and judge the kids that were trying out. i kept thinking that i was finding someone to replace me... and singers is something i love and enjoy... and even though I have to give it up... i dont want to... and i definately dont want to think about finding someone to take my place.

happy graduating. maybe i should write a speech now...

happy spring.
i had the best possible spring break, of course with chris. we went to new york. i love new york (and chris)... anyway... we saw Spamalot and A Chorus Line. I liked both, probably chorus more... i've decided that i know i want to live near new york at some point in my life, but not manhatten... i like brooklyn much better. better coffee. better people. more hipsters.

January 8th, my birthday... but more importantly the national champ game. call me crazy, but i couldn't care less about this game. in fact, i have been called "unamerican" because i'm not all giddy about the football game. maybe i'm the weird one. i just dont think it will matter much... say... oh, January 9thish. anyway... my own mother is ditching me on my birthday to watch the game... so i think chris and i will grab some food. on the postive side, we do have a two-hour-delay tuesday because of the game. funny.

and, by the by... thank you to everyone who came to my suprise birthday bash at the cafe... and thank you to sing the body electric and weewafflecastle for playing at the bash. i really do have (a) cool friends/boyfriend/mother.

hopefully we'll get snow tomorrow. woot.

lover-boy and I did our exchange because he leaves tomorrow for Mexico. I'm still so angry with matt. taking the greek away from me. they'll both come back full of stds. anyway.

I got him an outfit to wear tonight with tickets to see cats (tonight) and we're going to dinner before the show at Hakiu (a sushi place where you get to sit on the floor to eat). i'm basically excited. there were a couple other random things in there.

he got me the coolest stuff ever. first of all, an autographed photograph of Dave Matthews. it has an official certificate and all. he search on line for like ever until someone put one up for sale. i love him. and he got me jewerly and a sweet quilt from urban outfitters because i'm always cold. he's too good for me.

anyway, if you want to hang anytime over break, give me a ringaring. i'm down.
