| its kind of funny how quickly my defenses go up sometimes. its funny how most things are probably nothing, and how over-analytical i become when its not even necessary.
i didn't go to dance today. i dont even know. what's wrong with me or whatever.

| good weekend. binge watching xfiles a LOT. but somehow still managing to go out a lot... friday i stayed home and watched like 7 episodes of xfiles, with an hour ish break to go to the dentist. hahaha. saturday i had to get up at like 7:30 in the morning to go to SCHOOL, where there was a football clinic for high school coaches in the east bay. "teched" with allegra for 6 hours. it basically consisted of us dimming or brightening a stage light every once in a while, drinking lots of cofee and eating a buncha food, and us making paper cutouts. it was quite magical. had a whole island theme going on... with totem poles and palm trees and torches and such... lmao. after that, i went to fentons with anthony & fiona. hella ice cream omg kill me now. i have yet to intensely excersize this summer, just walking around piedmont and stretching randomly... haha. anyway. after that we went back to anthony's house, and michael joined us. hung around for a bit, and then we went to bay street to watch a movie @ like 9:30. it was originally like a anthony with his "nerd friends" type thing. but they accepted us haha. we saw wanted, which i will not comment on... got home at around 12. today, sunday, i slept in pretty late... washed my hair, did laundry, etc around the house crap. ran some errands. then i went to david's for our ap mandarin reunion / mahjong games. haha fun stuff fun stuff, hilarious mahjong / kungfu movie... & of course, lots of mahjong playing. oh, and i finally got my ap english books from andrew... so now i can... do ap english homework ... yeah right.
bleh. have class tomorrow again. i really do like biology, and the whole thing really does just amaze me, but this so called "leanring" environment is melting my brain. i started reading andromeda strain, since i've been meaning to read that book for a while, and i figure if i'm going to not pay attention in biology class, i might as well read a biology science fiction novel. but i think i should get started on my ap english... sighs.
so i kindsa just a little bit miss school. might be cause im at laney so much now. but really, whoever complains about piedmont just needs to shut it, because piedmont is actually a pretty freaking good place to be. i'm really going to miss the phs learning environment, and of course phs in general.

| okay. so biology 11 @ laney is a joke. i feel like i've been transported back to the 8th grade, but all the bodies of my classmates aged like 10 years. we spend hours on things that are extremely basic ( molecules & covalent bonds ?! ) and the teacher does a wonderful job dumbing everything down. he goes: "the protein leaves the ER (& he says ER because endoplasmic reticulum is 'too long and hard to pronounce') by forming a bubble sac thing and floating away" ... BUBBLE THING?? you mean EXOCYTOSIS?!! and he plays the o'regan card, where he pretends not to know things and to be afraid of things ( like chemistry... which is neccessary to be a microbiologist?! ) and not in the geluardi way either, where he actually doesn't know, and its complex crap, its like stuff to questions HE asks and poses. its where he's like "oh, every answer is a correct answer because you're thinking" even though some answers are BLATANTLY WRONG.
besides that, summer's been just dandy. i've been binge-watching the xfiles a crapload. teehee. oh, love. people who went MIA are slowly returning... lol. philip left for the east coast on tuesday, but this is the first summer vacation he's been on since we've dated ( third one ) where he's actually still in the united states, and therefore able to call/text me regularly :] :]
still a lot to accomplish this summer. but i think i'll take my time (:
have to wake up early and be at SCHOOL tomorrow by 8:15.
PIEDMONT high school. lol i'm doing a tech thing. paid, too...
and as usual, i'm only acually working for a small small fraction of the time.
MR BOOKER sent me text messages. lmao.
i'm looking forward to senior year. but i'm more looking forward to being done. gotta tell myself not to rush things i guess... & enjoy the times as they come. cause you know i can make a damn good thing out of senior year.

| i feel like now is the time for me to make another analytical blog. but my brain is a bit fried. let's see, i got kinda sick today. haha. umm hella thought i had a fever for a while, and i had the biggest headache ever, and it was terrible being in the car with my loud parents going to dinner at a loud asian mall. but i felt better by the end of the night. but i was thinking about it. and i realized that i was really really lucky, because throughout the course of junior year and all that madness of not sleeping and binge studying and whatnot, i didn't really get sick even once. and thinking about it, if i had, that would've been the worst... so i guess its all built up for now. hahaha that's really what i see this summer for anyway, to recuperate from junior year.
hmm. my summer class @ laney starts tomorrow. i have high hopes. lol, it shouldn't be too difficult, i think, and it'll give me something to do, i guess. but monday tuesday wednesday & thursday seems a bit excessive. but its okay :]
i really really need to find an excuse to go to china next summer. if it has anything to do with schooling though, hong kong would be preferred. not that hk wouldn't be preferred for vacation. but yeah, i need a reason to stay in asia for like. over a month. without it just being for fun & vacationing & spending money. so either some sort of study abroad thing... exchange ... or like. work. i dont even know.
speaking of studying abraod. i don't know if i've ever mentioned it on here. but i'm fucking determined sometime in college to spend a semester in hk or something. watch me.
i've actually slept a lot today. but i'm still tired, as always. still need to catch up, i guess. alrighty. time for some really asianly delicious lychee ice cream. & then bed.

i had lunch with justina and elaine today. which was chill, because i honestly have not seen either of them in sooo long. haha reminiscent of freshmen year, those two. of course. gosh, i can't believe i'm going to be a senior. they were seniors. when i was a freshman. what the heck. haha.
other than that. i've been completely useless today. burning my eyes out and melting my brain. getting lost in fiction. sound like an ad for a library? lol.
72 hour film shoot starts tomorrow. yeeee. more prepared this time fosho. diving in head first. i'm excited.
i wish i had money. hahaha.
