since my last post...about a million years ago, i still have slowed down! i'm at the studio now working on our second project of the semester. i havent had a full week of class yet. we went to little rock for an ASID conference this weekend and had a lovely time. i'm leaving friday for a fieldtrip that will last through wed. to atlanta and the biltmore estate. after that i'll go to the coast for my 21ST BIRTHDAY! and the next weekend is pike formal and csa retreat. so it's a crowded month. but i'm excited! and ready to be 21... thats a burden lifted. not that i'm interested in being slammed all the time, i just want to be able to buy a bottle of wine and now have to worry about it!  things are good, ben is recovering from his second injury since he came to me, oy vey. but we plan to show the end of march. or april... 7 weeks from now... 3 of which i'll be gone... so we'll see. bryan is amazingly supportive of my terrible schedule and crankiness from my lack of relaxation. he keeps me sane. howie is big! he got to ride in the car with me today and thought he was a big man because of it. he's the greatest dog of all times.

i'm starting to think about where i'll go for my internship next summer after i GRADUATE. yes. from college. i'm too young. its all happened too fast. if i could afford it i'd stay in college for another year... oh well.

speaking of amazing experiences, i'm going to spain for spring break! and hoping to go to alaska in may for a study abroad in photography. amazing.

HONESTLY, HAS IT BEEN LONG ENOUGH SINCE MY LAST POST?? i would say SO! i've been so busy lately i hardly have time to eat, so i am really struggling to keep you guys posted! many appologies! i've been bustin my butt for about 2 weeks now for this project i have due on wednesday. we're talking about 9 hours of sleep in the last 4 days... all this work just fuels my fire when people act like my major is to hang curtains and pick out wallpaper.... its more like interior architecture. HELLO. we've been havin a big time at the studio til the wee hours though, partay!

other than being so busy i cant stop and think, things are great! bryan and i are doing so well. i miss him like crazy, but he'll be moving back after july! sooo ready for that! but i know he's getting some good work experiences, so good for him! i'm working at rain or shine these days! mostly mornings and fridays. the extra cash is great, but i'm missing those hours of time to do work or sleep... or relax for cryin out loud. i dont think i've slowed down in.. i cant even remember. and i feel so bad b/c my sweet sweet friends want to hang out and i just CANT! i dont think they understand how important it is for me to work on this stuff, but they are still bein really great about it all!

saturday night i'm cookin dinner and i'm so excited! martha in the house! my parents are down in new orleans for jazz fest and visitin with my aunt, so i'm missing them. but hey, i dont have time to hang out with them even if they were here...so i guess it doesnt really matter! 

i'm so looking forward to the fall... bump the summer, i hate the summer... its gonna be hell....school school school work school. yuck. speaking of school, i need to get back to my electrical layout! love you guys!

what an amazing weekend! friday night bryan got into town THANK GOD and we cooked chicken parmesan. DELICIOUSO! oh, and some AMAZING bread. ah the thought of it... yumm. so then we picked mary up and went to the movies to see tristan and isolde....disappointed by the ending. interesting flick though. plenty of blood if you like that sort of thing. pretty good love story if you like that sort of thing. pretty aweful ending and i hate that sort of thing! anyway, friday was tons of fun. sat night we all went over to marys which didnt really last that long....so anyway....me and bryan ended up going on a really fantastic walk and playing on the playground of the episcopal church. that was prob my favorite part. that and all of me, him, and lindsay's various adventures over the weekend.                                                                                                                        it was SO FREAKIN good to see bryan... two weeks was a long time to go without him. but it was well worth the wait, for sure! he is so easy to be with, its just natural for me, like we've been together for a million years. and an amazing boyfriend... so caring and always interested in whats going on. not to mention all of my girlfriends love him, and he likes to hang out with them (he says you girls are funny and he likes it LEP, MFS!) he's just the best!

anyway, it was an amazing weekend.

so real school starts this week. last week was "lets go over the sylabus week" but its time to get back into the swing of things and back into the studio at weeee hours. as aweful as it will be i'm looking forward to it! i like to work hard when it all ends with something fabulous... like a set of floor plans... okay, so maybe thats not so fabulous, but i still enjoy it! maybe i should, its my major! hah!

poor howie has missed me so much. he has barely seen me all weekend...and he WILL NOT  leave me. he's sitting under the computer desk on TOP of my toes, asleep. he loves me, i know. and he should, i'm his mother!

something about the spring just makes me excited. i think its the thought of sunshine to come....especially on days like today that make me want to go to bed at 6 pm. gross.

i just cant seem to post regularly anymore. so whats going on in my life you say? well, my horse has recovered. now he's just out of shape, so i'm working with him alot. things are going well, we're actually starting to jump a little. THERE HE IS.anyway, so thats ben.

bryan and i are back together! i'm pretty freakin excited, except for he's in jackson for this semester co-oping. we always seem to be dating when he leaves... who knows. so i went to jackson to get laura from the airport and help bryan move into his apt. this weekend, which was much fun.

it's been such a good break for me, despite some minor tragedies- green st, the great check bouncing fiasco of 2005, etc. but all in all it has been pretty stinkin good. i've gotten to hang out with lindsay SO much, which is always a blast. the girl cracks me up. and i've gotten to see stacy and make fabulous trips to tupelo with her and her wedding dress. i am so excited for her, getting married! ah! i dont think i'd be ready just yet, but man, thats exciting! and her dress is amazing.... anywho, its been a great break... and now its time for school... ah.

its christmas eve! oh man, what a holiday season its been. VERY different than last year... positives and negatives. it has been great hanging out with my family and with my starkville friends too. my semester was so busy i didnt get to hang out EVER, so its been really great.

story time- wed. night we went to eat at anthony's and were planning on dressing up, but everybody backed out except for sean and i. SO we had to come up with a reason that we were wearing our SUNDAY SET, it was decided that we were engaged. so i wore the ring and we made this huge scene. it was such fun. sean made a toast and everything. love. so fun and random we all are.

i was so good at being engaged. sigh.

and so this is christmas. it is truly my favorite time of year. so romantic and warm-hearted. i just love the way EVERYBODY gets into it.
