which is sad. b/c i still like it! haha
college has started. i still have mixed feelings.
i like it. but i dont at the same time.
i miss my family.
i miss my house.
i miss my friends.
i miss my dogs & cat.
haha, im sure ill be fine eventually. but im still adjusting to everything. i had choir tonight which was actually better than expected. we have like 50 or 60 ppl and we're doing THE MESSIAH (you know that crazy long thing by handel?)...so everyone should come up to the QUAH and see us do that in december okay? itll be amazing! like, over an hour of just strait singing through this piece..no stopping. thats freakin cool! haha
everything else is alright. algebra is pretty easy so far. and my music classes..well, arent easy...but arent as bad as i was expecting. its still all new to me, which makes me uncomfortable. but im so glad im learning all those aural and harmony skills that all singers should know! haha...
well, i still get on here even though no one else does..so you can leave me comments and that will make me smile . i love you all and miss you all!
im coming home friday to see my family...so if ya miss me, let me know and ill stop by and say hi to you too!!

| one word of advice:
if you can ever avoid getting a severe ear infection...do whatever it
takes to avoid it. im not going to lie...this is the worst pain ive
ever endured in my entire life (no joke!). so please, my children, go
to the doctor when your ear starts
hurting..dont wait, and hope that it will get better in 3 weeks, b/c it
wont...it will get worse. and you will feel like youre dying!
i have felt like im dying since friday..and it sucks. id have to say
friday night/saturday morning was the worst...i tried going to sleep at
11pm..yah, didnt happen...i laid there in some pain for a couple
hours..and then the pain got worse and worse..so about 2am i moved to
the couch, and thought maybe i could sleep better there. haha, not
happening... i basically just laid/sat (off and on) crying for about 6
hours because i was in so much pain. and it hasnt gotten much better
since then. oh yeah, and the pain pills i took last night, made me
nausious this morning, so i had an upset stomach today in addition to
all this other stuff. ive been to the regular doctor once..and then
today i
had to go to the minor emergency center because its not getting any
better. i now have a wick in my ear..which is like..this little thing
they had to shove (and yes, i do mean "shove"), down into my ear
canal because my ear is so swollen that the freakin medication can't
get down there and heal my ear! yes, my dear friends..its a huge mess.
so please, dont ever let this happen to you. its aweful. talk about a
nightmare. so im telling you all this as a warning...you do not want this infection!!
to cara & erin: im so sorry i couldnt come to the lake with you
guys today. i was so looking forward to it, but as you can see (from
all that up there) i was miserable, and i dont think swimming or being
on the lake wouldve been the best idea for me. i laid on the couch
crying and sleeping all day..and then..went to the MEC as i said above.
i hope you guys had fun without me..and hopefully i can see you guys
before i leave (i might not move in until thurs or fri..depending on if
i get better). i love you both, and i so much appreciate you inviting
me out with yall today...im just so sorry i couldnt make it!
yeah..i probably wont be updating much. who knows, we'll just hafta see...u can still leave me comments tho...i will check that!

i had a fabulous time. i still want to move there.
i was super busy all the time, but i loved it anyway.

i got my hair done today..color (lots of dark brown underneath and more
light blonde on top) and what was supposed to be a little trim. she cut
off a freakin lot tho...at first i absolutely hated it...but..eh..i
still wish it wasnt so short..but..here ya go...idk why i look so
pale..guess its my flash on my camera...and my nose is sunburnt..haha!!

well, freshmen connections was alright. i didnt meet as many people or make as many friends as i had hoped, but i met/made a few...so i guess thats good. im excited about starting school. it will def. be different than anything ive ever been exposed to. but im ready! bring it on!
yes, im excited...but im also really sad to leave my family and friends. i have no idea how im going to survive w/out them....i mean, i know ill make new friends..but i dont want to..lol i like the friends i have! oh well..its just apart of life...new chapter means...big changes! *sigh* ill be moving on august 16th...which is less than 3 weeks away...
went to a party last night. it was fun! i had a blast...lots of drinking, so it was hilarious, to say the least! haha! my lifeguard friends are cool!
well, i leave for branson *again* tomarrow afternoon. this time it will be for national competition. im excited. id really like to win something this year..but im not getting my hopes up..b/c i nvr win stuff @ nationals...lol oh well! itll be fun no matter what! its always fun. singing. competing. the nerves. the excitement. the friends. THE BOYLE BROTHERS. silver dollar city. awards. cast party. fun fun fun!! haha
