Before I tell you anything about fashion, I would like to tell you the biggest, most important rule in all of fashion: wear your clothes with confidence. Even the most beautiful girl dressed completely in designer gear and coordinated by the top style consultant in the world will not catch anyone's eye if they are hiding in their clothes. Clothes are nothing without a person to make them what they are and a person is nothing without the confidence to show the world. (Hint! Beofre leaving the house create a mantra for yourself by repeating a phrase that gives you confidence about yourselves over and over until you actually feel the phrase inside of you.) So, please, next time you put on that fashion-forward outfit and think to yourself "What will people think of me if I wear this?" or when you and your girlfriends are shopping and you see an unbelievably adorable outfit but you say "I could never pull this off!", stop yourself. Stop yourself and take a second to give yourself the confidence to wear that outfit. Or, wait until you do have the confidence to wear that outfit. Anybody from Audrey Hepburn to Coco Chanel would be nobody without the confidence to show the world what they've got to be different.
