A. Um, no. Wait until requests are open, which may not be for a while. In the mean time, you can leave suggeestions.

Q. How do I make a link (for blogrings, other xanga, etc.)?

Q. Can you change the layout to how I want (i.e., background color, image/banner, etc.)?
A. No, you shouldn't want to change anything. There are plenty of layout sites. You should find at least one you want. If you really want something of your own, learn how to alter it, keeping our credit for the actual layout.

Q. Can you teach me how to make a layout?
A. I can't believe how many times I received this question, especially from layout xangas! First of all, it's an insane question because it's so hard to teach another person without being there in person. Second of all, why the heck do you have a layout site for if you don't know how to make layouts? The answer is: NO.
