Dear Fite Club Member,

The Fite Family Reunion is quickly approaching! As you know, it is scheduled for Saturday, June 10, 2006 in Pavilion #3 of the Red Rock Canyon in Hinton, Oklahoma (see attached map).

Schedule

11:00 a.m. – The Fite Club unites.

12:00 p.m. – The Fite Club dines.

  1:00 p.m. – Auction

  2:00 p.m. – Water Balloon “Fite,” card game tournaments, swimming, volleyball, hiking, etc.

  4:00 p.m. – Talent Show

Catering

If you have not already RSVP-ed to the reunion, please do not let that keep you from attending. I will only have meals for those who responded, but you are welcomed and encouraged to bring sack lunches. There’s even a Sonic located just off I-40.

Lodging

For those of you who would like to come up Friday evening, camping is always a fun option, and no reservations are needed. If you’re not a fan of camping, consider staying at The Canyon Inn, a great Hinton bed and breakfast owned by Linda Cunningham and Steve Dwyer. Reminders

• Join the Talent Show, and make us proud! We know you’re funny, brilliant and talented – you’re a Fite! We want to hear you sing, watch you act, listen to your poetry and even watch you squirt milk out of your tear ducts. Bring it on! If you know in advance that you will be performing, please contact me.
• Bring items for the auction! The money made in our reunion auctions help fund the following family reunions. Please bring crafts, baked goods, framed family portraits, copies of Fite family home videos, lawn chairs, coffee mugs, the newly released King Kong movie – you get my drift.
• Don’t forget your lawn chairs, swimsuits, beach towels, etc.
