i figure it's time for a new xanga. i made one on my 17th birthday..
So why not my 18th? (August 20...yeeeeah!) it's fitting - new school year, new xanga, new town, new school, new job, now legal...
i have lots of great exciting stuff planned for the year ahead. simply having more free time to paint and take pictures and stuff will be fun (i still have to scan pictures in). not to mention all i do is dance (literally..that's what i'm majoring in). i work at target. ride a bike. read. listen to music. mostly have love for yaweh and everyone else. maybe meet some new people?
i think one reason i'm so excited for the year ahead is because i have an empty summer. i can't explain why, it just feels like a vast space, and i can only name a few people and things that filled it. (i dont like it this way either, it feels so wasted)
-worked a lot at rib crib. though i did hate it towards the end, i did have fun times, and i will miss waitressing. i guess it is kind of flattering to have a former crush proclaim their love for you as well.
-went to edmond for a week and danced. it was probably my favorite week.
-spent so much time at my cousin's lakehouse. i love this summer because what i do remember is the great times spent and the beautiful memories made with my family.
-c4c....all my beautiful friends with Go Ministries, and then just relaxing with my beloved youth group. how i will miss them.
-NYC..... felt like home. so much to do, but so comfortable to me.
-labaty and mullendore - for scaring the hell out of me.
-ashley .. for being such a good, true friend to me. i love you and all our amazing times together....
-lacey .. didn't see you as much as i would have liked, but you'll always be my best friend.
-kaci .. i've loved getting to know the amazing person you are.
-diana .. soul mate, my little pixie beauty
-travis .. cliche cliche cliche but you rock
-tommy .. ahhhhhhhhhhh you are one of my favorites, you never cease to bring joy to me.
-kyle & shane - for livening life up so much.
-wes - for being so patient, so learned, so funny, so caring, such an incredible person.
-amy - most outrageous superstar and i love every single solitary moment ever spent with you
