140lbs. Not cool. Need to be more strict, but having a social life makes planning every meal the night before (the technique that got me from 170 to 150) impossible
Soooo... new plan. Burn off what I eat. If I shoot for about 500 calories a day, I can torch that with an hour on my mini stepper. Should I wind up going out and eating (or, more likely, drinking) over that amount, I owe that much more time exercising. At that rate, I would drop 20lbs in about 6 weeks.
I know, I know, it's not the super healthy blah blah blah, but there's nothing unhealthy about a 5'2" girl who weighs 120lbs. In fact, she's much healthier than one who weighs 140. So there.
And... this means I'll be smoking just in time to get a bitchin' halloween costume. Possible costumes:

Last night's date was pretty fun. We saw a movie and he tried to teach me to play pool. I had thought we might go to dinner, so all I'd eaten yesterday was a lean pocket and my cals wound up being around 300--way lower than I'd ever do on purpose. But hey, there were lots of days I overate to the max, one where I undereat isn't that big of a deal.
So the deal with this guy was he was obviously Mr. Pro Dater. He's a big guy (I'm a sucker for muscles), but especially big in the arms, he's got the flashy car, the check , and the door, even if he's behind you and you don't think he'll notice it's about to hit you. The conversation was boring to the point of painful, but I knew I wanted to go out with him again when we started making out near the end of the date... wow!
It's funny how when you date a guy for a long time, you forget there are things you like that he doesn't do. My ex never kissed my neck, and sure as hell never picked me up off the ground and held me while we made out! It was so hot! I love being picked up- it makes me feel, y'know, like the girl.

Intake- Had a lean pocket (280) earlier, and have a date tonight, so I'll just try to eat light (but not so light that I look neurotic about my eating... I don't know this guy very well)
Talked to the ex yesterday. He's already seeing someone else. What the hell?!? We were together for three years, and it only takes him a month to get another girlfriend?!? I mean, I'm going on dates, but that's a lot different, don't you think?
I know I'll have to see him next month sometime, but I'm definitely not going to see him before then, so I can hopefully drop below 130 by then and look fucking amazing. Take that.

Just 2.5 lbs to my 1st goal weight! Nice!
Worked out last night--have read from multiple sources that full body workouts burn more fat, while a split program is more for building strength in specific muscles. Guess which one I'm doing now.
Today-1200 calories
Walk/run to track, walked around 2x, walked back. (took 30 min... my goal is to run for 30 min all the way through)

Math says... if I ate that many cals everyday, my weight would eventually stabilize around 112 lbs. Higher than my ugw, but a hell of a lot closer than where I'm at now (which is about 1750 cals/day) | | |
