Loss of Words

Have you ever felt like you wanted to say something, more like, you should say something, but you just can't think of anything to say? I've learned that those situations generally mean one of two things:

1. Be silent.
2. I'm not listening to the prompting of the Holy Spirit.

There's been several times where I have seemingly had a lot of good things to say. But something that's interesting, is the best things that ever come out of my mouth are those when I had no clue what to say. Sometimes God puts words in our mouths that need to be spoken, but that only happens when we are depending on Him. After all, "He gives more grace to the humble."

Great thoughts. Thanks for sharing!

Y'all take care of my Anna Joy for me, will ya? I missed her today, my day simply dragged on without a chance to talk with her. ::sniff:: I hope she gets to feeling better soon.
