and i'm back!

OBS was, surprisingly, fun. it was definitely better than last years and much more enjoyable.

i love everyone in it. they helped make OBS great for me.

but despite it all, i still prefer being back here, where you don't get a billion mosquito bites a day, and another billion mosquito bites at night.

soooo, after OBS, jac soo came over and we ate all the stuff i was craving for. namely chips and pizza. and i drank coke!

sushi outing with wenjia and serene today. wenjia was an hour late cause she overslept. and we were supposed to meet at 3.45! yeah but sushi was gooood.

getting back papers tomorrow. don't really know how i feel about it. all i know now is that i have an entire chinese book review left to do and my math holiday assignment.

i have less than 24 hours before i am shipped off to pulau ubin for the oh so wonderful OBS, which i am trying to convince myself i will absolutely enjoy and love. URGH.

i haven't packed yet. i'm dreading getting to it. i'd seriously rather have lessons and get back papers than go for obs. i have no idea how people can actually look forward to it!

so until i come back (which is seven freaking days from now), goodbye world!

whale rider is quite a nice movie. i didn't fall asleep while watching it! so proud of myself, cause i was seriously sleepy. we didn't take the worksheet for whale rider when we went in, and i think miss soon noticed cause she decided to ask us a question, which we happily pushed to serene to answer. the whole discussion just felt like LA class. then there was a two hour break. ate in school, slept, stoned, then went for brewing a storm. i guess visiting the brewery was quite cool, but the best part was going into the tavern, drinking coke and eating nuts. haha! we seriously looked like deprived and greedy kids cause we just kept picking at the nuts, and when only the nuts we didn't like were left we'd move on to another bowl. biopolis after that was booooring. i really really had trouble keeping awake during the video.

woke up early this morning so i could have breakfast with zifang and then catch a movie together. was supposed to meet at 9.30, but both of us overslept and we ended up reaching at about 10 plus. breakfast at long john's was gooood. never had breakfast there before, but it's seriously damn good. then after that zifang forced me to buy mixed popcorn, but in the end the person put more salted than sweet popcorn into the box. haha! during the movie zifang complained everytime she ate a salted popcorn. yup, but the movie was quite alright i guess. we watched Wanted. it was really amusing how me and zifang would cover our eyes like every 5 secs cause we kept thinking something bad was gonna happen :p

christel lee replied my email so late! but i shall forgive her because her email was so long. haha.

jewelly making, again, yesterday. it was the same guy and we did basically the same things. what's amusing was the people that turned up. haha. and i made erik's birthday present there! she loooves it :p haha. then it was ikebana. we were kinda just sticking flowers into whatever space there was in the tiny vase.

jazz class at studio wu after ikebana. it was scary cause we were the youngest and um...the worst. haha. but sophia the pro did the dance so nicely that the teacher picked her out.

chinese movie appreciation today. watched stephen chow movies. today was a bad bad day, i forgot to bring so many things. but mummy drove all the way to school to pass them to me :) did filming for math in the afternoon. wrote our script and finished the acting quite quickly.

gah my neighbours are chanting again...

went to school for math project. the fat old pig was late! but luckily the filming didn't require a lot of time. i was supposed to be the milk carton! then chia yiyan decided to STEAL my role, so i ended up being the bimbo girl who goes 'omgosh yes!'.

met erik after that and we went around practically the whole of orchard searching and searching for black cargos. white? yes. green? yes. black? NOOO. urgh. and i wanted to buy it during the GSS la. sigh. so we went to sonata and okh to look for foot thongs also. ate chippy at ps :) then considered buying bikini/dress for shining, but we were kinda broke, so...haha. sigh, i wanna shop. anyone wants to sponsor the 'janice han shopping fund'?

going to meet my new tutor later. he lives just a few streets away and he's my fifth tutor of this entire year. haha. i wish jo would just come back and teach me. we talked lots of crap but at least i got better results.
