  • Milky!

After several weeks of not going to our house in San Mateo, I really thought that that there will be nothing new. The kittens of our neighbor will be there. Flowers and plants needs to be watered. Everything will be same. But then, as soon as I parked the car in front of the Owner type jeep of my neighbor, two cute fluffy puppy ears peeked. As I got out of the car, trying not to remove my stare from those fluffy lobes, the puppy head sprang! It is the most adorable thing I saw that day...

I didn't care if he is a bit dirty. I just have to get near at him and stare at this small, fluffy, cute little thing! My mom got so afraid that I might "steal" the puppy from its rightful owner. Although the thought did enter my mind, I just cant do it. I just can imagine my would be reaction if I found out that someone stole my cat Choco. I would probably move hell and high waters searching for my cat and I will not show mercy for those people who stole him.

Well, all I can do is just stare at "milky" and play with him a little. And probably ask permission to "borrow" him for a couple of hours:)

I don't want attention...I just want a new handbag for Christmas.

Our department is having a Kris Kringle this Christmas. Like I said, the last gift is our Special Gift that will be given on our Christmas party. Since one of the trainers suggested that we should have a "wish list" for our Christmas Party, because we don't want to receive something that will be in next year's garage sale, we all agreed to the idea.

Since my boss pressured me into giving my "wish list" already, I settled for a Grey's Anatomy Season 3 DVD or a handbag. She then printed the list and posted them on her window.

But during that weekend, I spotted a very chic bag that is within the budget of our gift so I decided to email my boss to change my wish list to a handbag instead of a DVD. I gave the exact store where the bag is sold along with its specifications on the color, size. etc.

After a few hours upon sending the email, this happened...

My jaw dropped. My boss edited my email, printed it and posted it on her window beside the "wish list" of everybody in the department. Its humiliating!

I am not being important nor wanted any attention...I just wanted a handbag for Christmas! Well, at least after a couple of days, people followed suit and thought that it was a very clever idea, so there's no harm done. After all, everybody wants to receive something that they like.

Its going to be a Merry Christmas for me after all:)

We started a Secret Santa in the Training Department. We will be bringing gifts worth 20 bucks everyday for a week and then we will be having a big gift on our Christmas Party.

    The everyday gifts are:

Monday - Something soft and useful
    Tuesday - Something glossy
    Wednesday- Something red and hard
Thursday - Something wet and sticky
Friday - Something sweet and crunchy
Christmas Party - Wish List Gift!

Im so excited...its going to be fun and the person that I picked is someone nice:)

    Greenhills...aaaarrrrggghhhhhh!!!

My sister and I went to Greenhills last Sunday to look for my outfit for the Christmas party and buy some gifts. We went there before lunch assuming that there would be less people since the half of the population of Metro Manila will be there late in the afternoon...but we were wrong.

When we got there, I am in awe on how huge the crowd was and not to mention that some of the people in the crowd lacks brain cells. Let me write down some of those instances shall we:

    • There are some who thought that the walking lanes are for their own use only. They thought nobody is behind them who are in a hurry. They walk in a glacial pace as if they are window shopping inside a mall.
    • Aside from walking in a glacial pace, these people would actually stop in the middle of the lane to "stare" and at a merchandise they found interesting.
    • Since the lanes are jampacked, you will have your fair share of body harm. As for my experience, a girl from my left who is walking at a direction opposite of mine, saw something that catches her eye that is on my right. As she attempted to grab the item, her hand accidentally "slapped" my breast. OUCH!!!! Well, at least she said sorry, unlike the others who acted as if you are having a Haley Joel Osment moment.
    • People who bring their kids. I do not have anything against kids, but the fact that people actually brought their kids who are as young as 6 months old. How can they possibly appreciate shopping?! They whined, cried and ran around like the place is a big playground. Greenhills should have a day care center of some sort where parents can leave their kids and not tag them along to those crampy lanes.
    • As if people bringing their kids is bad, much worse are people who brought their kids in in a stroller. And what is much worse than parents bringing a stroller?...These people would actually use the stroller INSIDE the LANES!!! The lanes are packed with people already...and you are going to bring in a stroller?! Idiots!!!

Those are just my thoughts. I actually got frustrated because we spent 6 hours in Greenhills and just bought 6 items. My feet felt numb, my legs stiffened and my knees ached.

    So much for the Holidays...

Who am I?

  • First Name: Bennett
  • Birthdate: 6/1/1979
  • Gender: Female
  • Country: Philippines
  • About Me: Fiesty and sometimes dangerous. I don't let things get in my way. Placid. I am in control and I never react harshly. Gentle, with a harder side. Generally, I am harmless, but when provoked, hell is unleashed. Shifty. Mysterious at times, open at others. I dislike difficulty. Like fire. Beautiful to look at, dangerous to touch. Still, I have a soft side that is sometimes revealed. Solid. I care for what is important to me and I strive to achieve my goals. Like water. I am able to adjust well in situations- warm one moment, cold the next. Sort of split, but I am usually quite level headed, with a dash of dark humor. Rock steady. I rarely fluctuate between two extremes and I keep a nice temper and personality. Like a deluge. I contain certain emotions well, and for the most part, I am collected and refined. I don't kiss and tell.
