I'm Back!!

I had an awesome time in Colorado! We skiied Saturday and Sunday, and I had a blast! No permanent injuries..just a whiplash to the neck (still really sore..didn't realize it took effort to lift your head) and a couple bruises here and there, but it wouldn't be skiing if you didn't get hurt! I think next time i may try blades..they look awesome! I really wish the trip wasn't over, but then again, i'm not sure i could go another day...my body would shoot me.

I thought a lot about different things while i was there. One was about how much God should mean to us. The sermon we heard sunday morning was about being different, and being a new person for God. We are to be set apart...not "better" than everyone else, but different. The human nature in side of us, and the holy spirit are continually at a battle for our attention...its our choice to decide which one to go for. Yea we're not going to be perfect, and always think and say the right things, but that comes with matureity. I think a lot of us, need to seriously sit down and think about living a mature life for Christ; saying no to the things we KNOW are wrong, and putting others in front of ourselves. Ya we hear that all the time and say, ya i will, i know, everyone is better than me. But HONESTLY, sit and think about that... let's put EVERYONE else first - their needs, their desires and put ours aside.

Then you will find yourself in a fellowship with Christ, and no longer thirst or desire those things that you once did. You will want what he wants; his desires become yours. Thank you Father...

EDIT~ Ok, Already I want to say something else. I want to be with a boy like that. A mature Christian who I can learn from...someone who surprises me every day. I admit, that there's nothing more attractive than someone who has, not just a relationship with JESUS, but an INCREDIBLE relationship with Him, and lives his life for Him!!! He won't be perfect..but humble...That's what I want...

Hey! How are you guys doing?! (no ..seriously..i never hear from you anymore).

I'm good. I started a class today. "Lifetime Fitness"...the good thing is that it is only for four days, four hours each day. The bad thing is that we are going over all of these things i've been learning from my mom and people she works with since may...so i'm gonna try not to get too bored.

I had something to say, but now i'm lost. OH! I had to buy (not really buy...just borrow) eight books for five classes! How crazy is that!? Lol....and they had me buy a bible too...i'm excited about that class though. This semester will be great..as long i can get over being sick!!

I had a good weekend, but it was busy. Maybe that's why i'm not feelin too great. I just can't seem to catch up on my sleep!! I had friday off, so i slept from like, 2 in the morning to two thirty in the afternoon...but then i was up saturday morning at four, worked till one thirty, and stayed up late again..stayed up late last night...took a nap today from one thirty to six (haha...i'm sick..come on), but..i just can't catch up. Oh well. Well hey to all my college buddies..hope ya have a great semester. God Bless You all... :) Oh and dont forget...God's Word IS POWERFUL. I did...

Wow...I just woke up not too long ago...and it was amazing! I don't remember the last time i was able to sleep in as late as I wanted to. I had a lot of freaky dreams though, and I'm kind of dissapointed that my day is gone, but I feel really good! Heh,..good times.

Well school is gettin ready to start again. I think i'm ready. I was talking with my friend the other night about his new testament class, and he really liked it, so that's one i'm really looking forward to.

I'm a little nervous bout the job situation though. I don't really want to be at village inn anymore, but I havn't heard much from the receptionist job. So it might be a better idea to keep the other job for now *sigh*. Oh well. I'm getting used to working eight hours a day,...eating once a day,...things like that. :)..sorry for being so busy,...or tired, for those of you who are trying to get me to do stuff.

OH! One more thing!!! I Need some advice on what to do this summer. I have a couple choices. I could take a couple classes so I can graduate early from Cowley, I could staff at the church camps, I could go work for my Aunt in Branson, MO for the summer, go to mexico on a missions trip, or just chill. lol. If it was up to me, i would do it all, but i'm not that good. Heh,...
