| Hey dudes! woot for screwtape letters! C.S. Lewis will really make you think. So tonight i cried for the first time in a long time. You all know about Haiti and how i have recently been called there.....well at least i have been fighting the call. But tonight at church something happened. It was like God was assuring me that He was indeed sending me to the most dangerously hostile places that i can think of on purpose. I cannot think of a better assignment from my God. He knows that i will struggle and He has assured me that the trip will not be for my enjoyment. I am scared by that assurance. He has assured me that my time there will be tough and challenging, not to mention unwelcomed. But He has assured me that there are hurting people willing to accept His gift if i will go to them. I have chosen to go. I cannot assure any of you that i will be safe where i am being sent. There is always the possibility that i will be persecuted or even killed for my faith. God has not assured my safety. However He wishes my presence there. Haiti is a grief stricken country. There is currently an aids epidemic in haiti as well as hostile situations and loss of government conrol. So please pray that God blesses His servant with safety. I feel like jonah in a way. Except i don't want to get barfed up by a fish so i'll go on the first call. Love you guys!!!!!!!!!! xoxo!!! |

Hey guys and gals! sorry that it has been so long since my last entry....Graduation is driving me insane!!!!!!! I just want to graduate. Anyways, still keep praying for me about haiti. I still feel called but God is going to need to crush some barriers first. My family's fear for my life is at the top of the list! lol! I keep telling them that God will protesct and provide but they still won't believe. Pray for them....please! I love you all and I will always be here for you. Peace and love.
