| hmm well its valentines day tomorrow, and i loathe valentines day with a passion. not to mention all week the mailroom has been absolutely insane. kara and i were talking about how if valentines day celebrated marriages or something more important it would be a great idea. but seeing as it doesnt, its annoying. however, we got classes canceled from 12 today till 12 tomorrow. so that is making my day worth it. also its official...kelly, kara, and i are going to LORENNA FREAKING MCKENNITT!!!!!!!!!! MAY 1st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she has been gone for 8 yrs and she is touring again. needless to say, we were going to go across country to see her. however, she is coming to chicago so it's only 2 hrs away!!!! so may 1st my life will be complete. shoot me in the face and i'd be ok with it. so i guess vday isn't that bad after all when you have a kick butt life to mask it.

| october breaki'm on october break and i'm loving it. i wish that i didn't have 2 care plans to write up, a online assaignment, study for my pharm test, or do an indepth health history, but other than that it's been pretty relaxing. i went up to the lake today and saw all the changing color of leaves and it was gorgeous!! i also got to see my grandma, uncle, and brother in law so that was good. today after mass i got to see my sister in action! she is a PA at the dupont er and wow was it busy tonight. i saw so many crazy things. i also saw how smart my sister is. she should be a doctor. and it made me mad that some patients didnt give her the respect that i know they would have shown a doctor, but whatever. she wouldve made a great doctor, but wanted more patient involvement. so not only is she a genius, but shes also caring and compassionate! i love her. shes such a great role model and if i can be half of what she is i know i'll be able to get far in anything i do. ahhh anyways, im going to get back to my care plan.

| Dead WeekWell I just took my first final of the last semester. NAILED IT!!! I seriously knew just about every question, and it felt gooood. However, that is just the beginning. I still have a butt load of studying to do and have no motivation. It's so weird that it's already the end of the year. I will miss everyone here:( My freshman year was AMAZING and I'm so glad that I chose Purdue. It really does feel like home when I'm not in the fort. All the experiences have really made me a different person. I mean of course there are things that I wish I didn't do, but you live and learn, right? I can't wait for summer. It's less than 2 weeks away!!!!!!!!! Family, friends, being at the lake, summer goals, and oh yeah, work. And I'm done. Holler!
p.s. If you have never heard Loreena McKennitt, do me a favor, check her out!!! She is awesome!! Totally different from anything I've ever listened to before, but really really unique.

| it's almost the end of the week
and it couldn't come sooner! actually...this week went by kind of
fast. it was one of those that draaaged but looking back it
seemed fast. i have to work tomorrow and i'm not looking forward
to it! but we're having disney night tonight and i'm pretty
excited about that! kiki and i are going to go see king kong
tomorrow night...i cant believe we havent seen it yet! then xx
bday party!!!! after my chemistry test on wednesday (which by the
way...all during the test i had "goodnight and go" in my head) i was
told i had pencil on my
head! i thought that was pretty amusing. i was just reading
ox's profile and she was saying how its weird to not be surrounded by
catholics, and i totally agree! but its really cool to see other
peoples beliefs and see how it affects their lives. i dont
understand why there is soo much division in religions. of course
people are going to have different opinions...but i mean the beliefs
are basically the same!!! we should accept that some believe some
things, and others dont. deal with it!! wow that was
rambling...but not much is going on here. i just got done playing
timesplitters...i lost as usual. ohh and i watched the alternate
ending of rent along with a documentary on the guy who wrote
it...wow. if i ever get a chance im going to new york and seeing
rent and phantom of the opera! its a must! its amazing how
the writers dig deep and put emotion into actual words and (MUSIC!)
that people understand and can relate to. i mean just
getting the message across to people these days is hard enough, but
doing it effectively through a fictional based musical or movie...that
just shows how God gives you gifts to use to help or make a
difference. spring break could not come any sooner! im soo
excited to see my family and my friends! we're going to chicago
for my uncle's bday and seeing the blue man group at the end of the
week, and thats going to be freaking sweet- im super stoked to hang out
with jakey and actually SEE her and picnic with jeremy fisher and salad
fingers. ohh and my nephew!!! squeek!!! i love my
family and friends to death! one week......
