Recently, Eddie received Amid Amidi's Cartoon Modern: Style and Design in 1950's Animation as a birthday gift. (No it wasn't from me... I would have bought this for myself!)
Neither of us have had time to "read" it yet but so far we think it's an awesome book. There are so many inspirational images... such a wealth of cool stuff. Congratulations and thanks to Amid for doing this! Everybody, go order a copy now!
The only problem is that this book makes you wish that all these groovy-looking films were available on DVD. We are looking forward to www.cartoonbrewfilms.com !!!
