Woah! It is ALIVE! Well, it seems I haven’t updated this thing since I was all pumped up for Anime USA. So prepare to be bored with a long post from between then and now. My family and I went to Anime USA and had a blast. I met some really awesome people including Crispin Freeman. He’s amazing! There was thus huge scare that he wasn’t going to show but all turned out well. I came home with the Petite Cossette DVD and a Witch Hunter Robin messenger bag, and Soujiro keychain. Christmas came around and I got more anime DVDs- Infinite Ryvius, Soultaker, DNAngel. Also got Monty Python and the Holy Grail, a book and CDs on Voice Acting, and Chris Wooding books- The Haunting of Alaizabel Cray and Poison, Bittersweet 16! It turned out to be a snowday for us…teehee! We went to Ryan’s to eat. Got Hyde’s Faith CD and Ayumi Hamasaki’s missunderstood, and the Miroku PVC. All in all pretty bittersweet *shrug*oh well. I attended FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America Conference) in March- received 9th place in Introduction to Technical Concepts. Not Bad.,, Softball was alright this year. I made some pretty cool plays. My klutziness never ceases to amaze people. In our school, sophomores have to do an “I-Search” in preparation to the huge “Senior Project”. I was stupid and picked a hard topic: Psychopathy. That topic is so debated that it took me forever. The overall good part- It was definitely interesting. Semester exams were evil! Very evil! Well, at least I’m forever done with Driver’s Ed. (Yippee!) Graduation was horrible seeing as all my older buddies are gone. Although it was a happy reminder that in 2 years, I’m done! I’ll be FREE! Somewhere in between I became obsessed with a Class of the Titans. It’s a cartoon that is based on Greek Mythology and has Kirby Morrow and Kelly Sheridan and other Ocean Group actors in it. Sadly, Brad Goodchild, the director, just announced the other day that he was leaving the show. Many of us fans are devastated. I have never seen a person more devoted to a project they have been a part of.  *cry* WE’LL MISS YOU BRAD! Around September, I became heavily addicted to Chris Wooding’s books. I have just finished the 6th one I read: Endgame. Now I need to read Catchman, The Braided Path trilogy, and the Broken Sky series to tide me over until the latest one is released this Fall. I watched Pan’s Labyrinth not too long ago. Watch it because it’s great. It’s in Spanish but it is a beautiful gothic horror/fantasy movie! Randomly, this reminds me of the new Katy Rose CD coming out soon! In the latest news, I’m in Camp Broadway this summer! We’re doing the musical production Guys and Dolls. I’ve had such fun so far! The people down there are crazy, in a good way. I finally met another relatively normal anime fan- Chris- not by internet. Our lead roles are- Zach and Clara for Nathan and Adelaide and Evan and Callie for Sky and Sarah. They’re pretty awesome. I can’t wait until the show! It’s going to blow people away! That’s enough for now! I’ll be back in a couple of days to rant some more!   |

Although it IS better than last year, it still sucks. We're close to the midterm of 2nd 9 weeks, and I've made the following the observations:
Hey, it beats WV! Yeah, family vacation on Deep Creek Lake, so, it should be fun. I'll be back tomorrow night and I'll update soon after. Right now, I have to get ready to go out to who knows where. Probably to a fancy restaurant to please everybody. Heaven knows how much that'll cost.
