Nothing big this time

Apparently action is now being taken to get A back on track.  That being that now our team leader and both of the Ghents know and are taking actions to keep her separate from me.  I'm also trying to show up to meals late so they can arrange a spot for me to be apart from her.  She has been talking to other people more often.  It's almost like A knows she's been found out and has backed off a bit in some ways, but in others she keeps the pursuit up.  So yeah.  Things are getting better.  The Ghents are supposedly looking into ways to redirect or fix whatever's happening.
While they were trying to redirect her before, now more people who have the ability to work things out so we're not on the same team or doing things or getting her attention and redirecting her are working on it now.  I had a good long talk with Kathie about it.  It feels like some of the burden is lifting now.  Thank you all once again for your prayers.  This problem is deeper than a simple "tell her to redirect herself" in many ways, it seems.  The point is that I cannot be the one to say it, and now those who have the power to know and do something about it are working on it.  Praise God.

I won't update on anything else just yet.
I'm adding more pictures to Facebook.  I'll try to add more on here later.  I'll add one now, though.  I got my Japanese haircut today!  Here it is, in all it's glory (if that).

Well that's it.  God bless, all.

Glad to hear things are better.

You are a brave man to go for a haircut.  I heard on story of a guy who went in and told the barber "onaji" meaning that he wanted his hair cut in the SAME style as before, but the barber thought the fellow wanted all the hair to be the same length and cut it all the SAME length, which was all very short!

@Pretty_imagery -

I wish I'd drawn it, but sadly no, I did not. It was drawn by the prof who taught the drawing class. IHe said we could draw anything in the room, and since I'm not too good at portraits, and I really enjoyed his class, I asked if I could draw him. He let me, and then opted to draw me as I drew him, haha. Then he gave me the picture (and I gave him his after the class was over and my grade was set, lol). So it's the closest thing to a professional drawing of myself that I think I'll ever get. =P He's a really amazing artist, and I'm privileged to have had him draw me.

Haha, well all I did was that I walked in, she brought over a book with pictures in it and asked which I wanted. I told her "nandemo ii" and "nihon no kamigata [I think that's hairstyle... lol] ga hoshi desu", she asked if I wanted it short or not, and then pointed to the one in the book she was shooting for. That's actually a pretty bad shot of the haircut. Right after she finished I rode a bike back, which messed up the style, and then I had to move a pile of rocks around... lol. I'll try for a better picture later. Overall I really like it, and everyone else seems to enjoy it, too. Honestly she could have shaved it all off and I'd have been fine with that, lol! I just wanted something Japanese, and I certainly got it. ^^

@gelatinemonkey - Now if you REALLY want a Japanese haircut you could try for a chonmage...  it is something like the hairstyle that sumo wrestlers sport.

Hello Mr. Aikin,
You worked hard to make your site simple yet elegant. I see that God is foremost in your mind as you go about your daily activities. Now is a good time! I recommend the one true God, Jehovah.
I want to help people to really get to know God, especially in these troubled times. Here is an important message for all of us from the Bible: 17You make God tired with all your talk. "How do we tire him out?" you ask. By saying, "God loves sinners and sin alike. God loves all." And also by saying, "Judgment? God's too nice to judge." (Malachi 2:17) (Message Bible)

Hey! It's great to see a recent photo of you. I had a picture in my mind of some you'd posted on your Rose website. It's nice to visually mature you into adulthood!
