back at same monotonous work life in Seattle...

Tuesday, September 06, 2005

How tragic it is in the Gulf Coast Region. I've been following the news closely since Safeco ensures a lot of homes in the area. Glad you are okay Ophie!

I just came back from Krabi, one of the many places hit by last December's tsunami. The trails of devastation can still be seen. There are very few tourists around. Most are afraid of a recurring tsunami while others are afraid of ghosts around the area.

The weather in Thailand is so hot. My face is peeling and my arms and legs are sun-burned. Hope everyone back in Seattle (reluctant to call Seattle home) is doing well...

After heading back to Thailand for a month...I'll be back at work at SAFECO...I hope this Thailand trip will serve to be a new beginning for me. There are a lot of things I want to change about my life. Just have to reach for it and make changes to my life for the better...

So...finally I am going to return back to Thailand for a year...oops..I mean a month....Leaving Aug 22....if anyone wants anything from Thailand, let me know...sorry, but I can't bring back people (girls for Sean)...Everytime I go back to Thailand, I don't want to come back to Seattle.  Bangkok was where I was born and raised. I feel like home being around Thai people. Since I've moved to the States 9 years ago, my heart never came along. Although I am physically here in Seattle, my heart remains in Thailand...

Awaiting the day to go back homeeeeeeeee....
