One thing about this computer- it sure does run fast. Even the old new one we got two years ago never ran this well. I still haven't even gotten around to testing all the features out, and neither has Mike. It seems kind of silly that we unpacked and set it up already, since we will be repacking and moving it in less than 2 weeks, but oh well. I'm getting more and more keyed up about this move. I'm so excited on the one hand, but on the other I am starting to get nervous. I keep thinking about what happens if I don't like it. I can't just come back to the apartment. It's not like when I moved out of my moms house and if I didn't like it I could have moved back home.
Don't get me wrong, I really don't expcet not to like it, I'm just wondering.

OTOH, I've already started mentally rearranging my already mentally arranced new home. I thought I had it all planned out from all the times I've gone over there, but then the other night we were thinking, and it just came up "Hey, what if we did this this way instead of that way and moved this to this area and boom, all the plans exploded, as much of my pre-planning is wont to do, lol. I guess we'll figure all that out on the day we move in... 11 days for the big furniture stuff, 8 days for us to start with the boxes, and 14 days until we are all moved in, people, pets and all. Who got a brand new 19' flat panel wide screen monitor AND a new compaq presario today? Thats right... ME! This computer is seriously OFF. THE. HOOK. This monitor could not BE any cooler, I'm dead serious. I really need to grovel down and thank my mom, because she is the one who purchased this wicked ass machine for me. Don't know what I did, but WOW.

In other news... well fuck other news, this computer is the shit, seriously. Why would I want to talk about anything else, lol. I haven't even gotten to testing out all the cool shit on this thing yet, I just wanted to look at the pretty screen. It makes my old monitor seem paltry and annoying. GEORGEOUS!
Seriously though, I really don't have any other news. Still packing, still getting ready to move. The new office is going to look 1,000 times cooler now, though! | | |
|  Tonight for the first time in a couple of weeks, I had the thought that something should go into xanga. Unfortch it was a boring piece of shit story and it made my brain hurt just to think of typing it, soo... So moving day is fast aproaching. I'm pretty excited. There is still so much to do though! It doesn't seem like there is, but there IS! Hopefully we'll get it all done in time for move in. Mike is having some issues getting a set up date for the cable and internet with comcast. It's retarded, but hopefully he'll be able to take care of it so that I'm not stuck with no internet when we first move in. *** South Park is on. It's been awhile since I've watched it, so I'm out.
