| good news! no work on saturday.  i ended up switching with someone, and in return, i have to work on tuesday, which is tomorrow. sucks cause i get off at 11.  but oh well, it's okay. i have half day on wednesday anyway, and we don't have any classes that day because we're going something during division, so it's all good. a
ANYWAY, how was everyone's three day weekend?

| soo, today i called jewel to tell them i want a day off on october 13th and october 20th. guess what they said? "we already have the schedule made for you, we don't know what time you're working on that day, but you'll be working. i'm sorry we can't do anything to change it." i had NO idea that they update their schedule two weeks ahead! the jewel i used to work at wasn't like that, and i think i was pretty early! i called yesterday, and they said the guy 'ben' wasn't there, so i can't take the day off. that lady on the phone today told me that they do schedules on monday, tuesday, and wednesday. gosh, i'm so mad. i'm just going to tell them i'm doing school activities and my parents paid for everything already, and ask if i can either switch days with someone, or just give me that day off. ugh. i hate it. i bought my dress SO i can wear it on the 13th, i am definitely NOT going to work. they can fire me all they want!
anyway, when i got home today, my dad was all excited to show my sister and i his 9 lbs. lobster and some clams. hahha, he said the lobster was around $90ish, including the clams, $100ish. he's so crazy! he had to use two hands to hold up that thing! it was hilarioussss, when we were eating it for dinner, we were all taking pictures. gosh, i really wish i had some right now, so i can put it up, but my sister took it with her cellphone and she was talking about some interior exterior crap with me. i have NO IDEA what she's talking about, but i want the picture. hahha, it's funny cause we just thought about taking a picture when we're like half way done with the lobster. we were all piecing it together just so we can have a picture, LOL. my dad was like laughing. he's such a loser.  anyway, i couldn't even finish the claw or whaver you call it. i started to get sick from eating it. our table had like, FIVE dishes of food, and THREE of them were the lobster. isn't it crazy!?

| gosh. i almost forgot how to make an entry on this thing. LOL, that's how long i haven't been on xanga. -sigh- i remember all the good times about xanga. how i always wanted people to 'prop' me, 'comment me,' and how much time i spent on this website! i was thinking of making a new xanga and start from there, but i guess i'll keep this one because i can go back and remember all the happy and sad times i had in the past. it really brings back memories reading back on things you wrote like, years ago, right? i got nothing to hide! (:
anyway, i'll be writing on this thing almost everyday, i guess, even if no one really reads it.
today, i went shopping afterschool with my mommy.  she's such a sweet woman, i love her. anyway, i bought this really cute black dress! yes, i know, ANOTHER black dress. i can't help it! it's just there all the time! but anyway, it's cute. i also bought new earrings! man, i really need one of those earring holder thing, cause i always buy earrings and lose them, and i end up buying some more cause i can't find my other ones. it sucks. i was running around windsor barefooted picking out the accessories and stuff. it felt sort of weird because everyone was giving me weird looks, but oh well. then on our way back, some skinny guy came over to us and started putting packs of herb bags or something on us! [as in my mom and i] it was hilarious. my mom kept yelling at me for walking over there to talk to him. i couldn't help it! it was so cool! he told me to TOUCH that bag thing, so i did! and it was like, hot! i was like,  ?! hahha, and he was all trying to sell it to us for 40 bucks. we said no, and he told us to buy the whole packet for the family and it'd be 120 bucks and he'll give me two free things, and my mom said no again. so that guy was like, "okay, fine. i sell it to you for 30 dollars because you is a nice girl. i like you. what's your name?" hahha, my mom kept yelling cause she had to pee, but in the end she bought it anyway. it's actually pretty cool, you can use it HOT or COLD. it helps bruises, back pain, neck pain, fever, toothaches, muscle pain, and stuff like that. it's 10 different kind of herbs, i believe, in that bag thing. if you want to use it hot, microwave it for two minutes, if you want it cold, keep it in the freezer for a day or two, i think. pretty cool, no?
besides today, school's been alright. getting good grades from all classes. meeting more new people. same old, same old. oh! i also have this really crazy teacher in one of my classes, not to use any names. but yeah, she's really crazy. she swears at the intercom, slams the table, stomps on her foot, WHACKS MY BOOK WHEN I'M NOT LISTENING! it's really lame! she was talking to MY WHOLE GROUP, right? and my friend asked me a question, and she slaps my book in front of my face! i was so angry. then i turned away, and she's like, "JULIE!" and i'm like, "..." i didn't want to be disrespectful or anything, so i just didn't answer her and stared down at my book. ugh, she's so crazy.
work has been pretty boring. yes, i work now. yippee. i don't get paid much and i work for 2-3 days a week. not that bad, gives me something to do on my free times, right? i'm definitely quitting before the testings, because i want to focus more on that than the stupid job. it sucks! we should totally get stools when we ring people up. anyway, yeah. i'll be quitting after that, and maybe find another job during senior year or after i finish tests and stuff, i don't know. everyone that works there think i'm like, in my twenties. it's so offending! do i really look that old?  i hope not, cause if i do look like im twenties and im ONLY sixteen, i'm gonna cry. lol, not really, but yeah. i miss the old jewel, everyone there was so nice and we were like a family. the jewel-osco i work at now, [roosevelt/wabash] has a lot of people and it's really hectic over there.

| yaay! new layout&&song!! haha, i havent been on xanga in awhile. hows everybody? happy summer's nearing? :D I AM! i wanna go somewhere in the summer.. =T
