hello hello everybody! today was a pretty good day. my eating was random cuz it was the same thing over and over, but the cals are okay, lol. here it is! INTAKE + 2:00pm - 1 small slice homemade vegan pizza - 100 cals + 3:30pm - 1 small slice homemade vegan pizza - 100 cals + 4:00pm - 1 small slice homemade vegan pizza - 100 cals + 8:15pm - 3 servings knock-off chex mix (cuz the real stuff isnt vegan lol) - 490 cals TOTAL: 790 cals OUTPUT + 11:15am - walking my big dog - 45 mins + 1:10pm - walking my little dog - 35 mins + 2:00pm - walking to work - 25 mins + 7:30pm - walking home from work - 25 mins TOTAL: 130 minutes okay so i mini-binged on the knock-off chex mix, lol. but it's not that bad cuz i'm still under 1000 for the day and even under 800! so i'm good to go. it's not like i binged on candy or anything like that. so i'm satisfied. to a point, lol. oh and i hooked up my VCR today so now i can do my richard simmons exercise videos!! lol, don't hate, those things are amazing ... haha! anyway tomorrow there's a 10:15am pilates class at the bally's i go to, so i'm gonna walk one of my dogs in the morning, go to the class, come back and walk my other dog, then walk to work. i'm gonna walk at least one of my dogs every day cuz i wanna make sure i get at least SOME type of movement every day so i dont lose energy and motivation. on a side note? my mommy is the most amazing person in the world, lol. yes i'm 19 and i still call her mommy, lol. she's my heart! just thought i'd throw that out there, lol. much luv everybody!! <3  who DOESN'T love halle berry?? lol
