i'm back! i need you girls! :)

hey everybody ... i left about a year ago and got a new site (www.xanga.com/miss_kakez), and then abandoned that one around easter.

i decided to come back to giggling_ana and not miss_kakez because i was ana when i started this one, and ednos when i had the other one.

i've been ednos for a while, but i NEED ana back.

i dunno if i'm gonna post a lot, but i'm gonna use all you amazing girls as my inspiration. i'll definitely read your sites and comment.

you don't have to comment me, but at least comment and say hi. i really need the support of all my ED girls now. i miss you all!!

i'm gonna try to find all my old friends on here and hopefully reconnect with people. if i'm lucky, i'll fall back into my old habits and ednos will slowly shift back to ana.

i'm keeping my fingers crossed.

i'm still alive ... and reading ppl's blogs! glad to see a lot of you ladies are doin well.  :)

quick mini-update on me:
been restricting, but not much. i vary between under 1000, and under 800 on a good day. definitely gotta get my will power back up, but it's easier since classes are over.

haven't weighed myself in a while and don't want to, cuz i've gained a lot. and by a lot, i mean like 5lbs-ish, if i had to guess. since my body weight's low anyway, 5lbs is a lot for me. but! i been eatin less and slowly gettin exercise back into my routine, so hopefully i'll get back to normal soon.

i'll weigh myself tomorrow and make a list of GWs and dates. if i can find my measuring tape, i'll put up inch goals, too, lol. see ya!

 hello hello everybody! today was a pretty good day. my eating was random cuz it was the same thing over and over, but the cals are okay, lol. here it is!

INTAKE
+ 2:00pm - 1 small slice homemade vegan pizza - 100 cals
+ 3:30pm - 1 small slice homemade vegan pizza - 100 cals
+ 4:00pm - 1 small slice homemade vegan pizza - 100 cals
+ 8:15pm - 3 servings knock-off chex mix (cuz the real stuff isnt vegan lol) - 490 cals
TOTAL: 790 cals

OUTPUT
+ 11:15am - walking my big dog - 45 mins
+ 1:10pm - walking my little dog - 35 mins
+ 2:00pm - walking to work - 25 mins
+ 7:30pm - walking home from work - 25 mins
TOTAL: 130 minutes

okay so i mini-binged on the knock-off chex mix, lol. but it's not that bad cuz i'm still under 1000 for the day and even under 800! so i'm good to go. it's not like i binged on candy or anything like that. so i'm satisfied. to a point, lol. oh and i hooked up my VCR today so now i can do my richard simmons exercise videos!! lol, don't hate, those things are amazing ... haha!

anyway tomorrow there's a 10:15am pilates class at the bally's i go to, so i'm gonna walk one of my dogs in the morning, go to the class, come back and walk my other dog, then walk to work. i'm gonna walk at least one of my dogs every day cuz i wanna make sure i get at least SOME type of movement every day so i dont lose energy and motivation.

on a side note? my mommy is the most amazing person in the world, lol. yes i'm 19 and i still call her mommy, lol. she's my heart! just thought i'd throw that out there, lol.

hi everybody! 

i didn't post yesterday cuz i night binged. probably had a total of about ... hmm, i'd say 1500ish. not cool. but today was better. and for some reason i wasn't hungry all day. i ate because i had been meaning to cook for a while but i wasn't really hungry ... it's a nice feeling, no? lol.

INTAKE
+ 4 small slices homemade vegan pizza (about 400ish)
TOTAL: 400

OUTPUT
+ walking zorro (30 mins)
+ exercise bike (10 mins)
+ strength & resistance w/ personal trainer (40 mins)
TOTAL: 80 mins

not bad, i'd say! tomorrow i'm gonna walk my dog and walk to work, but i won't go to the gym. hopefully i'll clean my sitting room so i'll have enough space to do a workout video or somethin. but i know i'll get at least 40 minutes of walking in tomorrow, and i dunno about food yet, but we'll see.
