| Change is my favorite accessoryAmazing how fast life changes! Friends moving out f state! People getting married...(including myself), friends having their first child, my parents are actually aging now...so weird... Facebook and myspace have taken over the world. I guess xanga more than ever feels like a safe haven...a place of peace. It is so quiet in the xanga world. Myspace is frustrating for me...maybe if I were on it ALL THE TIME then I would love it..but...I think facebook and xanga are more Faith-friendly... well..for those of you still out there...hello!

| Whoa...way too longWow...its been a long time xanga...a very long time... the masses have moved to myspace...talk about a scary world. I don't approve of some of the myspace sights I am seeing of some of you...saddens my heart...but it has opened up doors for some of my old friends to find me which has been so great! this morning I woke up with a singing heart...Ps 63:1-8... O God, You are my God. Early I will seek you. my soul thirsts for you...my flesh longs for you, in a dry and thirsty land where there is no water... because your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise you... I absolutely LOVE this passage...what a way to start the morning... PS...who all is still on this thing? | | |
| Fruit Roll-ups
I recently bought a box of fruit roll-ups. are they actually still in demand?? who eats fruit roll-ups?
have you ever thought about how awkward they are to eat...since you can't eat it little by little from the wrapper...so their you have a 5x5 sheet of candy...tear it?...stuff it?....
how are they still in production?....
just a little food for tought...hahaha just realized the correlation "food for thought"
| Happy B-teezy! the 6 day count down....I'll be in ATX this weekend because my sister's birthday is on Sunday!!!...and mine is on Monday!
so from what people tell me...I have about 6 more days before I jump on the express train of aging where I watch my life, in flashes, speed past me. .....hm......sounds like fun! haha
So I guess I should take advantage of these 6 days...
- 6 days remaining of eating milkshakes and having it NOT attach to my hips
- 6 days left of not thinking about cellulite, crows feet, and age spots
- 6 days more of being able to use "I'm sorry officer, registration sticker? do they sell those at Target? my daddy always takes care of that for me"
Pact #478 (with myself): I promise to always love each birthday, to regret nothing, and to live with more passion than the year before.
| If there is one thing about growing up that I love, its taking on responsibilities that I know used to be “Daddy’s department”.
Like telling my insurance company they screwed up and need to fix it when I can see they are clearly blame passing. Not to knock my insurance company…because they really are great and very accommodating, but no one likes to admit they made a booboo.
I like being called ma’am
I like speaking to supervisors, presidents, and superior officers
I like staying up late and not being told “You have to get up early tomorrow, is that a wise choice to be up so late?”
I like suffering the consequences
I like making wise choices based on consequences of bad ones
I like foreseeing problems on my own and strategizing to avoid the problem
I do not like opening my pantry
I do not like dust
I do not like evacuation notices
I do not like that sleep is a necessity (and more and more my body is giving in to the idea that sleep is a necessity…I refuse to be convinced.)
