| Food For Thought So, I was looking at the package of raw, shell on, easy-peel shrimp in my freezer the other day and I noticed a little seal in the corner that said " NO TRANS FATS." I found it odd that it was necessary to state that fact "Hmmm" I thought to myself "I didn't realize one could buy raw, shell-on, easy-peal shrimp with trans fats." I laughed. I found the same said seal on a bag of raw baby spinach. I grinned and shook my head.
