| I know it's been a very long time since I've written on my blog, but so much has happened since then. Most excitingly is that I've finished school for the year!!! Although in place of school, I've started 3 jobs and the hours vary (between all three of them) from 2-14 hours per day. Jamba Juice is a lot of fun to work at although it starts at 5:30am, but I get to make a variety of smoothies and laugh at myself as I'm trying to memorize over 20 smoothies and all their combinations. Working for my dad is kind of a break I get during the day because it's lower pressure (since I'm not running around after customers), but nice. Monarch Landing is probably the job who that goes by the fastest as I barely have time to think about looking at the clock until 30 minutes before I leave.
One thing I've realized though, is that working with people who do not value Christian morals is difficult....prayer would be appreciated especially about one co-worker and that I would keep a good testimony.
Anyways, the best news of all...is that I'm going to Colorado on Saturday. Two blessed weeks off of work and school!

| NIUAs some of you might have heard there was a shooting at my school last week (Northern Illinois University). How can a life be taken in an instant? Is there anyway to feel completely safe again? I dont' know...it's affecting me more than I thought it would...and...I don't feel the same.....

| FLOWERS!!!I got flowers from Joel last week and they brighten my room up so nicely. Oh yes...I forgot to mention that I have moved just for the time being, so yes, it's very quiet here.
Also...my beautiful orchid plant (aka: Duare) was sick this week....yes you may all roll your eyes but trust me plants get sick as it's not warm enough or not cold enough. But I'm happy to say that she should be doing better soon.
Now in other words...or thoughts...or whatever else you may wonder about me. Life is going well...it has it's ups and downs...lately it seems more downs that ups but that's how life is sometimes. School is going wonderful...too busy for my liking, but so far have kept up with them pretty well. I'm especially liking my major as it's so interesting and they are still my favorite classes...which I guess is a good thing since I'm majoring in them. Still working for my dad which is nice since it has flexible hours and ways to improve.
Other than that...the surface of my life is not bad....the deep isn't bad either...as long as you look on it's good side.

| If only there was time...to relax...and not give every moment to the
world, but to focus on where we're going....or can one focus on that
wrongly? Can one focus on up...and cause others pain by doing so? Where
are the answers?
Well...school is going well, but there is more to school than meets the
eye. Termoil in one's heart causes everything to be more
complicated......how does one fight it? Or do they?
Anyways...grades are doing well for the most part although this week I
have 3 tests and 2 of them are in my hardest class...Phonetics. Who
knew that there were so many ways to say different words :P. Life
otherwise...mostly it consists of school, studying, and work.
The Best part.....is Dec. 18th.....
