applying layouts

- the new way to apply your xanga layouts!

Step 1 (below): Click on a preview from the layout entry on my layout site.  Where the Code box is first copy only up to <style type>(etc..)! Right click and scroll down to where it says copy to copy the html.

Step 2 (below): login and go into your look and feel / claf on your private view left side module, or go to www.xanga.com/claf . Scroll down to where it says header and click on the choice that says input your own header html.  The code that you just copied (up to where it says <style type>(etc..) paste in here.

* So you don't have to keep switching from the preview to your look and feel page it is a good idea to have each of them opened just minimized while you are working with the other one.*

Step 3 (below):  Go back to the preview of your choice. now copy the other part of the code (from <style type> etc and below.) Right click to copy the code.

Step 4 (below):  Go back to your look and feel / Claf page.  You will paste the rest of the code that you just copied into website stats. (this is at the bottom of your look and feel page.) Right click to paste.

Step 5 (below):  click save changes to save what you have just paste into your look and feel/claf page and then your new xanga is complete!
