  My little brother was crowned prom king last night! He told me a 40 minute story leading up to the crowning, I mean all the details down to what the girl he was escorting wrote in her bio. And then he said casually, "Ya, so this guy in the back yelled, 'Ben Courter' and the lady was like 'ya', so then later I said to Hillary . . .". I was like, "Ben, I missed something! The lady said 'ya', what??"

  I'm so happy for him!

  I wasn't cool in high school (ever). But it was my own fault for being so self-conscious! It just cracks me up how different I was from how my siblings are, but we're still Courters.

  My little brother is so sweet and cute and authletic and his faith his real and he's nice to people. Sounds like a good prom king to me! Aw, I can't believe my little brother is all grown up, going into the Marines in a few months, jumping over poles or with poles or something, and prom king!

  I love my family. Well, at the moment, my brother set down the headset because my sister and her boyfriend caught a snake and he wants to go see it before they leave. La la la. ha. I love my family.
