| | Quick update:
- Moving to Union City, August 8th, 2008. That should be a lucky day seeing as its all 8's and its the start of the Beijing Olympics. Maybe I should leave the house at 8:08 AM! Pray for my safety while driving, pray especially for any loved ones who drive up with me as I'd never forgive myself if something happened to them.
- Starting new job August 11th, 2008
Pray for courage and strength, ability to adapt and learn from the situation and to excel at Excel.
Pray for guidance and focus!
Nervous but grateful because God pretty much granted me exactly what I prayed for. Now the reality of moving is hitting and as always, I realized I acquired too much stuff in the past few years. I still have clothes I bought during freshman year of college. ?! What?!
I am going to miss my bears, Charlie and Jerry so very much. :(
Just thinking of it makes me sad. I get overprotective and always worry for their safety. Sometimes, I have to just not think about all the possible disasters that could occur and go on living.
Charlie freaked me out with scary stories of public transportation coming home.
- Amtrak derailment
- Grey hound, deranged man started hacking at a poor innocent passenger and sawed his head off.
CRAP! How am I going to visit after hearing those morbid stories?!
hmmm....
OH, cool news is that I'll be living 10 minutes away from the Union City Bart station, which is 5 minutes from my grandma's, and 15 minutes from work. Yay! Everything is so close by. I hope the place is as quiet and peaceful as my friend described it to be.
