ok, here's a couple of rules you MUST follow:

01.) there is a theme, so you must follow it. if you're layout does not match the theme, pick another one ASAP.
02.) there is NO voting. i'm doing the judging.
03.) no rude comments about the other contestants. IMMEDIATE disqualification.
04.) if you don't enter a layout, or reply back with your answer/entry by the due date, disqualified, you shall be.
05.) absolutely NO jocked layouts. i will find out if you jocked anyone.
06.) you must subscribe to me if you enter ANY contest of mine.
