i looked in the mirror when i woke up today and i thought i looked thinner, so i decided to weigh myself. bad idea. i am still 164. and i need to be 158 in 4 days. that is 6lbs in 4 days. almost impossible, unless i starve. so that's what i am going to do. hopefully.
intake b: 0 l: pudding (20) tea (5) dum-dum pops (51) d: healthy food, but still not good (400)
started a fruit fast 7:00pm tonight. going for as long as i can. hopefully atleast 3 days.
out (to do) 50 crunches [x] 10 ankle lifts [x] 50 waist lifts [x] lay out/tan [x]
