| i'm leavingI'm leaving. Good bye. I may never come back. Who cares anyway? | | |
| wowI made it all of a month and a day without posting anything....... shocking...... and here I am again..... going on again...... just in case I don't reach all of the people (not that they'll be reading this anyway) I'm losing my phone service tonight so if you try and call me I won't answer. YOu should call the house phone or my mom's cell.
and stay away from Centennial. GAH!
more later | | |
| too much happening......well here we are again....... someday I'll go through and see how many of my posts begin with that...... it seems like a lot of them do..... hmmm........
anyway...... yes, as the title suggests (or really it just plain tells you) I have lots and lots going on right now. This week I have to go to LMC and get in on fall classes..... and I have to get ready to go to CO next week (woohoo! it's finally here!)..... and I have to buy a car this summer....... which is half over (AUGH! SUMMER IS HALF OVER!!!)..... and of course I'm working all the time....... plus all the stupid little things that pile up and cease to be little........ and there's probably more.....
but the point is (must there always be a point?) in an effort to cut back on all the stuff I have to do, I'm putting the xanga blog on hiatus. wow. I just used the word "hiatus." o_0
yeah. anyway, if you wanna talk or whatever give me a call. And I think everyone who reads this knows how to get a hold of me one way or another so there it is.
ciao!!
wow. I just used the word "ciao." What is the world coming to??
| OOH! OOH!!I HAVE A LAPTOP NOW!!!!
HOW COOL IS THAT? Only the spacebar is really sticky so I have to bang down on it to make it work and that's slowing down my typing. dang. And there will be more to this in a little while.
| some points of interestof recent events (similar to current events)
1) Saturday there was a caravan of 10 Corvettes (various years and colors) that went driving down Lake St. It was cool. I would like to be part of a Corvette caravan...... because Corvettes are the best......
2) Saturday night there was the World's Brightest Firefly buzzing around in my room after I went to sleep. This thing was practically neon. It was crazy bright. So I got up and caught it in a kleenex and threw it outside (did you ever notice that fireflies have to crawl up to the highest point before they fly off? Ladybugs do that, too...... so as long as you keep moving your hand around so they never reach the top they will never fly away. Dumb bugs.) and there were some punks out there being loud in their cars as they drove past.......
3) somebody stole our driveway reflector again. I caught the guy the first time he tried to steal it (I don't know who actually took it this time). He just swiped it up as he walked past, and since I happened to be watching out the window, I yelled "HEY!! THAT'S OURS!!!" and he said "It's mine now." and I said "WE BOUGHT THAT!!" And I ran outside but the punk had chickened out and threw the reflector up onto our yard. So I took it inside.
4) guys should not wear ponytails. They just shouldn't wear them. I have yet to see a guy with a ponytail who made it look good.
5) Daniel Powder was finally dethroned from the top of the AT40 weekly countdown. good grief. the guy's been there for months now....... and I don't like his song that much...... oh well. Right now the 2 CDs I need (among others ) are Delirium's "Semantic Spaces" (which I can't find in the stupid stores so I'll have to order it online) and Kim Waters' "Someone to Love You" (which I did find at FYE but maybe I can find it cheaper online while I'm ordering the other one anyway) So that's what I have my eye on right now.

7) There is no more. Or there is but I can't remember it. If only I could plug a notebook into my brain to take notes as fast as I think them, then I would stop forgetting things 5 seconds after I think of it. Does anybody else forget stuff that fast??? It's crazy daisy...... and, for example, since I am typing this backwards and inside out, I can't remember for the life of me what I was going to put in as point 6. I had something..... but then I put in point 7 and got off onto cybernetics (which is cool and freaky all at the same time) and then I did an Amazon search for my music and now here I am. oh well. point 6 shall stay blank because everybody needs a little blankness (or frankness) (or dankness, rankness, sank this on the bank with elbows in the shell goes--HUH???) (ok, yeah, you can ignore that bit)
of course if I did get something to plug into my brain that would be too freaky close to a cyborg and that would be very bad.
8) have you heard (boy those are dangerous words) about the ID implant chip you can get? At least in some parts of the world. You can get it in Europe and maybe Japan or someplace.... I don't think you can get it in America (yet). It's about the size of a grain of rice and they stick it in your arm usually, and you can use it to make purchases, verify your ID, etc..... You know what it makes me think of????
