playing in a softball game thursday so had practice yesterday.  felt great to be outside and exercise... and my batting was pretty damn good for not hitting since the last KUSA olympics in '03... but now my body is feeling pain like no other.  I guess that's what I get for not exercising ever.

I was having a pho craving so me and the hubby went to Saigon Cafe for dinner.

Then on the way home, Dan wanted to see if Office Depot was still open so he could check out the prices on the laminating machines... but it wasn't because it closed at 9 p.m. and we got there at a few minutes after 9 p.m.

So then we decided to see if Target would have it, being in the same shopping plaza and usually being open till 10 p.m. and all.  But no laminating machine at Target, so we wandered around Target to see what they had.  We saw some flat screen TVs and thought about getting one, but then I had the brilliant idea that Walmart would probably have cheaper ones.

So seeing that we both had nothing better to do, we drove over to the newest Walmart in the area (Clairmont Rd. and Peachtree Ind. Blvd.) to check out the prices on the flat screen TVs there.  Found one for a good price and bought it.

Currently, Dan is programming the DirecTV remote control settings.

T minus 7 days...

I've got a busy summer coming up...

last week of June - CA for business trip

first week of July - Youth Initiative retreat at GA Tech

July 5 - Dan's bday (T minus one year until he reaches 30, woah!)

mid July - Beijing for a week

That's alot of travelling in a span of 4 weeks...

And then there's more travelling in October to NYC for Rob's wedding, then to CA for the annual trip back home in January.

That's alot of travelling to be done in the next 6 months...

I can't wait to go to Beijing.  I'm gonna do like I did when I went to Italy... bring two suitcases.  One with just essentials (underwear, a little bit of clothes, toiletries), then the other suitcase will be completely empty so that I can have a full suitcase and about another half to fill up with stuff to bring home... word.
