| for the first few times of astral projection some things may be hard to make out or become blurred.Also shaking,dizziness,cold sweat and sometimes nausea are very normal.Your soul was just out placed from your body for awhile and it wsa it's first time of course you would be abit shaky.It's like when you're on a tire swing and you spin around really fast.When you get back to just being slow and at a pace your mind is confused and abit displaced.This is all normal ^_^ |

You can go as far as your imagination takes you!Sometimes even travel to different worlds.Anything is possible.I ended up in England once.I'M IN FLORIDA!GWAH!I don't know how I got THERE but it was cool!

| Well I have been getting some questions on Astral Projection lately so I decided that I will explains oemthings ^_^ I would like to say that alot of color dreams are Astral projection and there are alot of people that have dreams that don't make sense or the dream will be playing then all of a sudden the dream will change.Well when dreams are like one story or they actually make sense THIS is astral projction.When you only see segments of things that do make sense it could either be a sign with symbolic meaning OR it could be future telling.I'm not really sure exactly how to tell but I'll get back to you on that!
