I am a mother, a teacher, and currently separated from my husband. Most of all, I am a woman of God undergoing a metamorphosis into the Queen God has called me to be...(1 Peter 2:9). Like the precious oil in the alabaster box, my life is being poured out for Him daily. To quote CeCe Winans, "I've come to pour my praise on Him like oil from Mary's Alabaster Box". In order to praise Him, I have paid a price, I have endured my share of sufferings...but it is nothing compared to the price He paid for me. It is an honor and privilege to praise Him in the midst of the challenges of my life. Welcome to my alabaster box.

I am a mom to three, soon to become a student again. I am learning how to handle a diagnosis of an autism spectrum disorder and the challenges that come with it.

First and foremost, I am a follower of Jesus. I try my best to live peacefully and love unconditionally. I am a stay-at-home unschooling mama to FOUR kiddos. I have a sweet little baby boy, a 5- year old daughter, a 3-year old daughter, and a 12-year old step-daughter. Yep- I've got my hands full! I am married to an artist, so that keeps life around here interesting and beautiful. He is the most amazing guy- always supportive, loving, and nurturing, constantly challenging me to think more deeply and keep on growing further outside of the box. ;) He is truly my soul mate. I am a quiet, contemplative, deep person...an introvert...passionate about ALOT of things- so I spend most of my free time at home reading and studying, listening to music, and spending time with my kids.
