    My Name is Roxy, I'm doing a mixed diet. I was 132 lbs / size 5 (I'm 5' 7"), that's the weight I think where my face still looks good (no thin lips, yuk). I gained 20 lbs after a couple of hectic semesters at school then went back to counting calories and was eating less than 1100 a day. But after over a month I still wasn't losing anything. I went to the local Phen-fen doctor (who only sells Phen now) and he told me I had to mix carb control with calorie counting. If I kept my carbs under 30 grams a day for six weeks, I'd reach my goal weight. He gave me a list of foods to eat and I found it really, really hard to eat steak and eggs. I felt like I was going to get HUGE! But.. Lo and behold I lost 5 lbs in the first week (: Ima happy!
