Religion is the Opiate of the Masses
Karl Marx, you are my hero. Religion is the ultimate wool over one's eyes. The aspiration of reaching the metaphorical plane, heaven, was created by man. Point is: After we die, there is nothing. No heaven, No hell. As to the quote, opiate contains opium (a narcotic). Opium dulls the senses. Marx (and I) believe that Creationists have these same dulled senses. Join this blogring if you agree.

I'm an atheist, a pianist, an amateur photographer, and a book worm among many other things. I also love to be a lazy ass and watch TV or waste time on the computer. Me encanta español y espero vivir in España un día (quizas puedo ser una médica allí...). I also think videogame characters are hotter than real guys. So I'm a dork and damn proud of it. -

Oh, I don't know, I guess I'm just kinda wierd...I mean, I've got these opposable thumbs, and I tend to be really bad when it come to obsessing about books and stuff. -

Take what you can use and let the rest go by. I'm young, but I'm not free, and I'm starting to enjoy my mind again. -

"I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours."- Stephen Roberts
