I love being outdoors. I like to hike, bike, ride horses. I enjoy trying to photograph what captures my attention. Mostly God's creation. It is so awesome to me! I am a real sucker for sunsets, wildflowers, wildlife and weather. I am passionate about my relationship with Father God and horses. I love animals. We currently have a horse, three dogs and two cats. If I lived in the country it would be much more! I tend to be a bit serious but am learning to relax and enjoy life the older I get. I discovered scrapbooking about 6 years ago and am so hooked! This hobby works well with my love of photography and I have way more pictures than I'll probably ever get scrapbooked! I was born on a farm and long to live in the country again! I tend to be a very independet, do-it-yourself kind of gal. I don't do frilly or lacy. I prefer jeans, button down shirts and boots. Well I'm a mother, seamstress, web designer/developer, graphic artist and a writer. I've got a 15yr old son, 2.5yr old daughter, 1yr old son, 5.5yr old step-son, 3yr old male cat, and a hunting fishing redneck of a husband. I spend any time not dedicated to my family working at either my sewing machine or my computer. I've had a pretty diverse education, complete with several degrees and cirtifications in varying areas - none of which I currently employ. I'm crunchy green, spiritual and as non-toxic as possible. I dont much care for mainstream anything and couldnt go with the flow if I were drowning in a river (ie; I do crazy things like recycle, cloth diaper, breastfeed, and dont vaccinate). I love to read a wide variety of authors and subjects (from religion to car care), but at the moment all I have time to do is keep up with my two favorite comic books: Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. I wish I knew more people that shared some of my interests.

I am a SAHM and I have been abundantly blessed with a very imaginative brown-eyed daugher who is five and boy/girl twins who are two. My husband is a youth pastor and I love working with our teen group. I enjoy writing and post a weekly devotion each Friday. I also love to scrapbook (digital and regular) and I enjoy photography.
