    在這個研究計劃，參加者被分成由三至四個人的小組，在三個月的時間內跟蹤年輕、首次當選的區議員的百日議會生涯，了解他們的心路歷程、工作困境，個人如何適應議會生活，並以此為切入點，了解現今地區議會文化，以及分析地區管治的制肘及新一代政治人可以發揮的空間。
