In the end all that was left was the Van. she had lasted though it all, the storms, gun shots, the beatings, hail, sun, wind, route 66, the rock's, and Kansas. however that was then. Now all that is left is a rusted out shell, with a rotten seat in the back and a mouse nest in the glove box. The 60s had been fun, but the 80s had done their worst to her. Perhaps it was for the best, as the world had changed since those carefree days. No longer did people go on road trips just for the sake of the open road. No longer where cars fun. No, the Detroit auto machine had conquered all.
