Vicious Cycle
This ring is for those of you who are trapped in the vicious cycle of restricting and binge eating. You can restrict for days, feeling (falsely) strong and self disciplined, but it always comes to an end when you find yourself binging uncontrollably again. Your ED is so conflicting; on the one hand it makes you think you are in complete control; on the other it makes you feel weak and utterly helpless. It IS a vicious cycle but remember that you are not alone...
