I am a Christian, and been married for one year to the best guy ever, who just joined the military. We also just had our first children, boy/girl twins, on August 22nd! I'm loving being a mama, and an AirForce wife!

I'm a 24 year old mother of two young boys born 13 months apart, I'm going through the legalization process in the USA and I just found I out I may have a rare and agressive, yet highly treatable type of cancer and might need chemotherapy soon...that's my exciting life...come read about it.

What does it take to be a person? It takes flesh and blood and feelings... and emotions... My work here is filled with all of the above. All my poetry is private however, my thoughts oftentimes make it to the public side of this blog. If you are real, if you feel and if you believe life is all about living, you'll probably find a reason to read my blog. I am a "people watcher" and I make "Observations of life" and the life that goes on around me. Some of my stuff is quite expressive, some is very explicit, and always seen from the eyes of an artist/poet/writer. Stay awhile and visit, you may be surprised at my thoughts!!! You will find my poetry and occasionally the poetry of others who have given me permission to post their stuff too.

I'm a married SAHM who homeschools her 3 youngest kids. I love country music, crafting and cooking...which makes me a chubby middle aged woman who wears hand-crafted jewelry and sings along with her iPod. I'm addicted to Twitter and Facebook and I just love reading blogs, especially The Pioneer Woman. In my spare time I dream of doing stand up in a comedy club and if I ever take the plunge on an open mike night watch out cuz you know there will be no stopping me, but until then I write this blog...because I can! I've been a blogger here at Xanga since 2003.
