my name is kimberly but most people call me kim. i am 19 years old, and i attend illinois wesleyan university. i am emotionally insecure, indecisive, and lazy. on the upside, i am outgoing, unique, and fun-loving. i love music, writing, and theatre. i can be a very complicated and annoying person. however, i am learning everyday that i do not know myself yet. sometimes what i do know, i do not even like. my goal in life is to be a kindergarten teacher and eventually move to australia with my family.

i like my coffee, more than i like an espresso. i dont like when people are mean. i'd move to Lake Waccamaw and live in the Lodge if camp went year round. day trips are always worth it to me. music to me means a soundtrack to a stage of my life. i consider a day of talking more fun than a day of plans. time well wasted is basically my life's mantra. i have a tendency to try to fix everything. i never just "let someone go". memories tend to mean more to me than promises, but i hold onto those too. if my heart gets attatched it doesn't let go, regardless of fight or distance or happenstance. i tend to draw people in with my personality, but once you get to know me you stay bc i'm not at all like the girl you met. i enjoy a bottle of riesling not matter the meal or the weather. if you want to make me smile show up unannounced and bring diet soda. if you treat me to the theatre, i'd prefer it to be live. i'm quiet until i know what you can handle, then i'm past that line quite a bit.

Currently working on my Master of Divinity (M.Div) at the Haggard School of Theology at Azusa Pacific University. Married almost 9 years to Daniel and have 2 kids, Nathaniel (7 years) and Noah (5 years). Blessed to be a stay at home mom while assisting Daniel with the Drama and Music ministry at Midway Baptist Church. Also directing Kids Choir, and assisting with Noah's Autism therapy.
